The space was great very comfortable!!! There was no microwave for me to warm food but everything else was great!!! Will be back again!

This small cozy place was absolutely beautiful, very clean, big bathroom, very nice and quite neighborhood, close to stores, many places to eat and entertainment. Ms. Annalie was very nice and even though a had a minor incident she quickly resolve it. I define y would recommend to anyone!! Thank you so much for hosting us!!

The amenities in the condo were great! It was very comfortable! I appreciated the clear instructions and communication between the host and myself. Everything we needed was available for us which we appreciated. We would definitely rent from this host again!

We had a great short stay at Dianelis's place. It is a convenient location, as it is a quiet neighborhood but only 15 minutes from most destinations in the area. The zoo, aquarium, and downtown Tampa were all a short drive away. The place was immaculately cleaned and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Just like the pictures and description. Lots of driveway space and clear instructions. Responsive and accommodating hosts, perfect little apartment for a few people close to downtown. We didn’t feel crammed at all!

Miaro is a great host. Everything was straight forward and accurate with no tricks or gimmicks. Miaro responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process couldn't have been any easier. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. We slept very well and comfortably while there. The location was close to everything we wanted to see, it seemed like never more than a 15 minute drive or walk. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be looking Miaro's way again if we happen to return to that area in the future. Thank you Miaro for the nice stay.

We have had a few bad stays recently and were considering going back to hotels. Thought we would take one last chance and I'm so glad we did. This isn't the cheap flip-everything grey-barely cleaned-weird smelling Airbnbs we have been used to...this was cozy and quiet and felt like we were staying at a really clean friend's house. It looked exactly like the pictures with the same great view. I wouldn't say there is a lot to do in the exact neighborhood, but you can get to the highway very quickly. Extra bonus points for a huge king bed and a detachable shower head!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Hector’s Airbnb! The space had everything I needed and more comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, and the attention to detail made the stay feel just like home. I genuinely have nothing bad to say this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Hector, for being a wonderful host. I’d definitely stay here again!

I loved this little unit. The high ceilings really make it feel huge inside! The windows also add tons of light. If you like to cook the kitchen is very large for an Airbnb. Parking was also easy.

We felt right at home at Nima's place! We were there for about 10 days, and it suited our needs very well. Nima was wonderful to communicate with; he even personally delivered extra toilet paper when we were running out! The location made our stay so much more enjoyable. It felt like we were close to everything, with the highlight being historic Ybor city less than two miles away. The little touches in the unit were so nice, such as the outlets and USB ports on the nightstands. The full kitchen was definitely a bonus to help us save some money not having to eat out for every meal. As noted in the listing, there are quite a few homeless people on the streets surrounding the apartment. Nima even reached out to me after I had booked to make sure I understood this. I can see why, as there really were quite a lot of people sitting on sidewalks and wandering around day and night. However, we never had any issues. This is the authentic reality of being in the heart of the city.

Great location, responsive owner, super clean and lots of space (bigger than it looks in the pics) We stayed here right before going on a cruise and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The building itself is a little fussy, but thats not the owners fault, as this is primarily an apartment residence. Just pay attention to the detailed parking instructions they give you and points and times of access. Other than that, there’s a Starbucks and dominos right downstairs and of course, close proximity to riverwalk.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

Great host with clear directions and clean apartment. Very clean, safe, walkable neighborhood and a nice luxury building. The 2 bedrooms are not clearly pictured so note that one is a converted storage space of some kind - very small, no windows, curtain instead of door - so I would not necessarily recommend this apt for 2 sets of adults. It would be best for one adult or couple to use the master bedroom and the second room would be better for kids or a single adult.

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

Cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect stay for a couple

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)

When I tell you, the pictures did no justice on this place. This place is beautiful, very clean, extremely comfortable and everything me and my family could’ve needed! Thank you so much Ms. Ada and co hosts for having us, we will definitely be renting with you again and definitely recommending! All 3 hosts were amazing! THANK YOU again.

It is just a wonderful place. Everything you need is already there. Very comfortable and an easy walk to the clubhouse and pool. Enjoyed being there very much. Hosts are very responsive to every need. You can’t go wrong booking with them.
