This house was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate a birthday with a group of 12. The house has plenty of room and plenty of places for a big crowd to sleep. The area is absolutely stunning. Would certainly book again.

Loulia was a great host and this place was amazing. From the cleanliness to the amenities to the community and great local restaurants I have 0 complaints. My wife and I truly enjoyed staying here and would recommend this place for couples or families trying to get away and relax for a few days. We had a few nights stay while in town for our daughters cheer competition. Convenient to downtown Tampa, about 15 mins to the convention center. The house was as listed, plenty of room for our party of 9. The large open kitchen/dining/living area was fantastic!! There was an issue with the wifi - which was out of the owners control, and did complicate things a bit - unable to watch tv as only streaming services. The spa was meant to be run remotely to turn on for our 2 hours, which couldn’t be done due to the wifi being out - Inna worked with us to walk us through how to turn it on ourselves. No fault of theirs and they were VERY apologetic with the situation. Having the pool and spa right in the backyard was fantastic! One suggestion would be a bit more lighting out there for night swims! Overall, a great stay!

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

This was my second stay at Jose’s home, and it was great once again. The home is very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa….and had fun feeding the ducks in the pond behind the house. I highly recommend Jose’s home and hope to stay again in the near future.

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We had an awesome time at Angels place. The kids LOVED the pool and the backyard was an awesome place to hang. Everything was super clean! The one queen bed was comfortable but the other beds are pretty firm (my kids didn’t mind). Other than that, no complaints and Angel was helpful and responsive!

We enjoyed the privacy of the home and pool. The ducks, pelicans, egrets and other birds made watching the lake very enjoyable and peaceful. Although we did not take our dog along on this trip, the home was stocked with a dog bed and bowls. The fenced yard was nice too. There were plenty of supplies for cooking and loads of nearby restaurants delivered too. Lots of nearby groceries and shopping just a few minutes away.

Christopher is a great host and responds prompleltly to all messages. The house is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the time off with the family. The kitchen have all you need. And you can find a restaurant and grocery stores near by. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit.
