Wonderful vacation with super comfortable beds, everything very clean, they have several great chairs for the beach, very well-equipped and comfortable kitchen, very large refrigerator👍🏼, everything super clean, we had a great time

Great stay. The villa is awesome. For a small group who had a wedding nearby. Convenient because each bedroom has its own bathroom and if someone wakes up early they can go down to the living room and kitchen without disturbing others. Beautiful pool, great beach club. Perot, nice restaurant across the street. The only small challenge is finding a taxi or Uber that takes trips from Telchac. The owner Alex is very responsive. Friendly and excellent communication. Check-in is simple and efficient. We'll keep this option for a future booking in the area. Thank you ☺️

great place, easy to find near interesting places.

We had a fantastic stay! The flat is spacious and in a quiet location—we were the only guests apart from the friendly staff. The pool is lovely, and the beach is beautiful and full of mussels. Several great restaurants are only a 10-minute drive. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

We spent 5 nights at this place outside Conkal. We have felt always welcome, Stan and Sherry were always helpful when we needed them and assisted us in every way. We would love to stay here again sometime 😊

The apartment is beautiful and super comfortable, the photos match every space of the place, very clean, tidy and very safe as well as the green areas and pool. The kitchen has all the utensils you could possibly need, as well as appliances and spices for cooking. It also has a wine fridge. Nelson, a superhost, welcomed us personally, very friendly and attentive, like Arturo who was attentive to what was needed during the stay. They accept dogs. I'd be happy to come back and highly recommend it.

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

Quality accommodation, very well equipped. Great for families, private pool, +2 swimming pools + very well maintained paddling pool. The host is very responsive to needs. We'll come back to that again.
