A very welcoming stay, it has all the amenities posted and much more. The house is very nice and quite spacious, all the guests slept quite comfortable. The parking space is ample and under the shade. What surprised me the most was all the accompaniment from the host and the people who help him. I really recommend this lodging.

We stayed at this place for 3 days. Mr. Joaquin received my family and gave us short introductions. The place was very quiet and comfortable to stay. It is located very close to the lake so the scenery was spectacular from the house but at the same time there were some insect which is not a problem considering the location. The host, Mai was very attentive and kind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We loved the house, Adriana and the super friendly team helped us a lot with recommendations and made our stay much easier (with things we forgot for example) and they responded very quickly to everything, concierge service was also very good. Georgina the cook is super good. The view is beautiful. The only thing I would improve is that the rooms are hot, but I appreciate that they provided us with additional fans when we mentioned it.

General rules: - We really enjoyed our stay in Valle this weekend - Traveling with a couple of Basset Hounds usually complicates the visit in Valle - Miguel's apartment is the perfect place Facilities: - Spacious apartment in perfect condition - Recently renovated - Spacious master bedroom - Because of the type of construction, it is peaceful - Close by there is a restaurant (Spanish cuisine), a large garden, a gourmet store, and a wine bar - In my case, having a private entrance without stairs is a plus (because of my pets) Location: - Excellent location, very close to the main street Sta Maria - A few meters from the pier - Very close to shops, restaurants, etc. Service: - First-class service, - Miguel's support is key with the directions and his prompt response to any questions - Javier in everything related to on-site support, very valuable - All the staff, cleaning and restaurant, made us feel right at home

It was a good experience!!! Everything is perfect to spend it as a family , excellent host service, we were very satisfied and happy to be in her apartment!!! Sure we'll be back !!! Our favorite place in Valle de Bravo !!!

Jesus was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is light, spacious and well equipped. The location is absolutely perfect for the paragliding landing field.

I really like this house. The garden is super large for pets. It is a little busy to get to the terrace but there are 2 roads and one is more comfortable than the other. It arrives during the day to see how beautiful it is. I highly recommend it. The only thing I would mention is that the furniture and utensils are a little neglected and dirty. We took our utensils and washed the rest of what we used.

A beautiful place within the forest, with lake , river and gardens. The property very well maintained with a lot of privacy.. Vicente is very attentive and attentive to what was needed. The house is very spacious and very clean.

Everything super! The house is very good size and in a very quiet area. The photos don't do it justice. Andreina is very attentive to the distance and Erasto and Natalia are very helpful and attentive to everything. The only thing I would comment is that you have to consider that for the arrival you have to go through like 20 mins of terracería and complicated roads (especially to consider the car). Outside the house and the spectacular stay! Thank you for everything!

It's a great house to spend a few days with the family.Just consider that if there are bugs for the garden theme, relatively normal
