The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a campfire area, a whirlpool tub, a barbecue area, an outdoor dining room, a TV room, and internet. It is located just a 3-minute drive from Avandaro's main street. You'll need to go down several steps to get to the house, as it's located in front of the river. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or older adults.

Nearby is the entrance to Monte Alto to climb the mountain on foot or by bike, from above you can admire the lake of Valle de Bravo and paraglide. There is a ciclopista at the entrance of the place. 15 minutes from Avándaro and 20 from Centro de Valle. !You'll enjoy it!

Inside the property, in a separate house, resides the caretaker with his wife who does the cleaning and cooking.
