Listing was as described, clean, well-equipped, and in a good location. The check-in was smooth thanks to Wassim's clear instructions, who was very flexible and welcoming from start to finish. Communication was smooth throughout the stay, we had a very nice weekend, I totally recommend it.

A real favorite! The accommodation is even better than in the photos: spacious, very clean and ideally located a stone's throw from the sea. You fall asleep with the sound of waves and wake up to a soothing landscape — the dream! The host was very responsive and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I hope to have the opportunity to return very soon. Thank you for this perfect break!

Our first visit to a Riad in Rabat and we really liked this location at the Oudayas. It was next to the Cornish, Rabat Medina, taxis, and beach. The staff were attentive to our needs. An amazing view!

Hi, Our stay at the place went very well. Gated and secure residence. The children could have fun at the residence without fear. Very quiet residence where we were able to recharge and enjoy the garden and beach nearby. Superette within walking distance. Reastive and available host I fully recommend

A true haven of peace! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The quiet, direct access to the beach, and especially the view when you wake up… pure happiness. You can hear the waves in the morning, it's soothing and refreshing. We immediately feel at home there. The hosts were lovely, very available, always ready to help. The home overlooks the beautiful beach. The terrace is a big plus; very nice and perfectly furnished! The living room is beautifully decorated and has 2 bedrooms with their bathrooms + toilet as well as another independent toilet. My kids played a lot of pinball and foosball. On the other side of the patio are the other 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet as well as the kitchen for which Fatima prepared good Moroccan dishes. She also showed us around the markets ... She is a person of extreme kindness as is Lams and Yas who are at your disposal and takes care of you. In short, happiness!!!

The stay was very nice. The apartment is true to the photos, with even more space in reality, very clean and tidy, with practical amenities. The location is ideal, close to all the activities of the neighborhood, and the road, while remaining very quiet because it is exposed to the interior and not on the street. Access to the rooftop is a little extra that allows you to have a nice view of the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment for 1 or 2 people.

Very good, accommodation that contains everything you need... close to the roof... beach, restaurant, grocery store... the pool is a treat for young and old, the fact of having seen on the street means we can enjoy the screams and laughter around the pool... M Khtira offered us a relaxing stay, clear directions with video and photos, flexible arrival, no stress during the journey, and on departure too, no pressure... a real vacation for the brain, my children were delighted, thank you

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The “balcony with a great view” was a fantastic bonus, making the stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out seamless.

My stay was two nights The house is beautiful and tidy and its location is very special To what I like, there are simple ants and I can see it ordinary by virtue of a sea area and a house that is not new .

Zineb's welcome was impeccable, the little touches and arrangements made to accommodate a child were at the appointment. I highly recommend this villa, especially since the place is peaceful and offer activities like sports fields, a swimming pool. You will be lulled by the sound of waves which adds a particular charm to the location

Very nice place to stay, host very accommodating. The house is located directly on the beach, unfortunately Mohamedia is not perfectly suited for classic tourists. The accommodation, however, is highly recommended; 10/10

We highly recommend this place. We stayed there for 5 days with our 2 kids. The location is perfect, short walk to beach and many shops and restaurants at a walkable distance. The host was very friendly. The house itself was perfect for kids. Lots of toys and safe space for them to play.
