Amine was a perfect and friendly host, accommodating early check in, was super responsive over what's app, and helped us with recommendations and questions whilst we were there. Listing was as described, clean, well-equipped, and in a good location. The check-in was smooth thanks to Wassim's clear instructions, who was very flexible and welcoming from start to finish. Communication was smooth throughout the stay, we had a very nice weekend, I totally recommend it.

✨ A real little cocoon in the heart of the city! I had an absolutely perfect stay in this ideally located studio. Everything is close by: shops, restaurants, transport… it's a real plus! The accommodation is impeccably clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated you feel immediately at home. Everything has been thought out for guest comfort. We had a great time with the family! 🌞 The location is simply exceptional: a beautiful beach a stone's throw away, breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. The ambient calm was a real luxury. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and we felt right at home there. Fatna delighted us with her delicious homemade Moroccan dishes, and her son Ismaël was very welcoming and available throughout the stay. Small detail to note: the mattresses are spring-loaded — it may surprise you, but you get used to it pretty quickly😊. We leave with beautiful memories and the desire to come back again. Again, thank you for this beautiful break!

Never been to a more peaceful place

Samantha is a perfect hostess and helped us from start to finish with every questions we had. The place is very nice, very clean, with a very pleasant garden. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I stayed two nights as part of group of three friends. We were greeted by Anis, who is a wonderful guy, and got a tour in the appartment. The appartment was spacious enough for our group and it had all amenities. From the appartment we got quick access to main roads that could get us to the city center. In the near proximity there are shops, cafes and restaurant. This place is absolutely a recommended accommodation to stay in.

Spacious and perfectly clean house that matched exactly the pictures. Very helpful and responsive host, always there to help with any question within minutes. Immaculate furniture and house amenities. Also the location is very safe and you can walk around very easily. Would definetly book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely garden flat! The location is amazing – peaceful, safe, and beautifully maintained. My family had such a great time. The kids enjoyed playing tennis and table tennis, going on walks in the area, and spending time in the kids’ zone. The beach being right inside the residence (no road to cross!) was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed the beachside restaurant. The pool was also lovely and never too crowded, perfect for relaxing. The flat offered great value for money – clean, comfortable, and quiet. Omar is a great host – very helpful and welcoming, always quick to respond. Everything was just so easy and enjoyable. We felt at home from the start and truly appreciated the peaceful environment. We would definitely love to return as soon as we can. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a calm and convenient beach getaway!

The place was as shown on the pictures, and located in a very private and quite area. The host was friendly and welcoming. It was an overall great stay.

The apartment is very comfortable with two good sized pieces and in a quiet neighborhood. You are a 15-minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the main entrance of the Medina and an 8-minute walk to the Hassan Tower (also the coast is very close). While the neighborhood doesn't look attractive, it's really very safe and nothing happens. There are many places to eat and several warehouses to buy things. Kac was always very friendly and proactive, 100% recommended.

Apartment is wonderfully decorated and very close to the beach. There are several pools on the very nice complex. The children particularly enjoyed it. Mehdi was an amazing host who was always quick to respond to questions. We felt right at home. We used taxis for shopping and excursions e.g. to Rabat.

Best airbnb ever! This was my 4th airbnb stay in 2 weeks of traveling through Morocco, and this stay was the best! The location was perfect to reach all points of interest, the apartment was quiet, had everything you needed for a vacation! The apartment is brand new, spotless, with every appliance on the planet. Each room had a TV, plus THE KITCHEN! You feel right at home, with stores nearby to get all that you need to cook, and there are restaurants nearby too, plus the host provides coffee, tea, sugar, yogurt, water chocolate...... This place is luxurious, and the host is so helpful, and responsive. We did not want to leave! WE WILL BE BACK FOR LONGER STAYS. Do not book this apartment for A DAY or TWO, do yourself justice, and book for LONGER stays! We almost canceled the rest of our itinerary just because we didn't want to leave. My daughter is booking again for future longer stay, and we're giving this listing to other friends and family members. Don't wait on this GEM!
