The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Our great garden at the edge of the forest, with birdsong and the sheep on the pasture next door, overlooking the mountains is pure relaxation. The best way to get to us is by car. The apartment is located in the basement. Cleaning agents and disinfectants are there. A bike path leads around Lake Waginger and Lake Taching, the warmest lake in Bavaria. The heath hike with the moor lake is only a kilometer away.

It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
