Welcome to a peaceful place for families and friends! The modern cottage has nice views, four bedrooms with eight beds, two bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and large balcony. The cottage is located in cozy and family-friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross-country trails and 150 km of mountain trails, a ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

Ski buses to Åre and Duved are available by the lift. Beautiful views, sauna, floor heating in all the rooms, and comfortable beds. Parking with engine block heater and charger for electric cars.
