Apartment in villa. Right in the heart of Åre village! Incl. linen

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bedlinen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years (or in parent's party) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two kids or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Newly produced apartment, approx. 30 sqm, located in an architect-designed villa completed in 2020, in Åre's absolute best location! Tottens byväg is Åre's oldest district and is an idyllic place only 10 minutes' walk from Åre center, where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, Systembolaget, cafés, etc. Only 5 minutes' walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åre ski system. Porch with wonderful views, morning and evening sun The apartment has its own entrance & parking & is located in a permanent residence.

Small and simple accommodation of about 25 m2, room for 1-3 people (sofa bed and sleeping loft with two beds). Staircase/ladder up to the sleeping loft, see photos. Perfect location for skiers and outdoor people, located about 200 meters from Mullfjället and Duved's ski system, is easily reached on foot. Kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, etc. TV with chromecast (OBS! not “regular” channels). Dining area with wall-folding table and four chairs. Small fresh bathroom with shower and toilet.

Two bedrooms with bunk beds (2x 90 cm) and one bedroom with double bed (160 cm). Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine & dryer. Fireplace, WiFi, ski storage, parking space with engine heater outlet. In Tegefjäll there is a restaurant, convenience store, ski rental, lift ticket sales and free ski bus to Åre, which you can reach in 10 minutes

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.
