Great fishing in the river, as well as swimming opportunities. Train station about 10 minutes' walk. Bring your own bed linens/towels. Dog bed/dog towels are available. Guests clean after themselves. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can get directly out onto the mountain expanses.

Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.
