The stay is located very close to the Bagdogra airport, just beside the highway, easily locatable. The house is beautiful and rustic, and has a nostalgic feeling, of the good old times. It is perfect to spend leisurely time there, you'll feel close to the city yet closer to nature. There are a lot of plants inside the homestead, including fruits, spices, vegetables, flowers, coconuts etc. The house itself has a lot of stories to tell, if you want to explore them. The room was clean and well kept, as described. The host has pets, but they are all friendly. Pets lovers would specially love the place. Kushal and Naveen are very good hosts, and would even go out of their way to make your stay worth the while. Kushal is really helpful, caring and makes you really delicious home cooked food, while Naveen is the fun and cool guy. Felt really homely at the place. Highly recommended.

Sristi's mud house is straight out of a fairy tale - magical , mystical and dreamy. Highly recommend it to someone looking to live a slow life in hinterlands. The house is built with a lot of care and thought. The artefacts of bamboo and wood give it an earthy charm. One can spend hours here with nature - the surrounding forest sounds , clear night sky and village / farm walks rekindled our spirits. Sristi herself and her family are very warm and welcoming. The food they cook on a wood fired cookstove is simple and delicious. Thanks for everything Sristi , including the small picnic at the river. PS - don't forget to ask for Shimpu Guras wine prepared from Rhododendron!

As a professional traveler , I mostly travel alone. This time my decision to stay at Fursat Home stay is the one of greatest decision of mine. Tshirin brother and Her wife is so much helpful as well as cooking is so much awesome. Tshirin brother Hosts me the local areas as well as the adventure travels inside forest. those are my out of expectations but total worth value return travel ever. i highly recommend this stay

We spent a couple of days at this serene retreat and absolutely loved it! Our ever-smiling host, Lama Pasang, was incredibly helpful. The presence of the super-friendly dogs was a much-appreciated bonus. While local food options were limited, they were delicious and very reasonably priced. We would love to visit again — preferably for a longer stay!
