This property is conveniently placed on a gorgeous usually quiet, private lake-front lot on the shores of Lake St. Clair with a break wall. No docking and not suitable for swimming. Enjoy public pathways, boat launch, docking, parks, beaches and kayak/ paddle board rentals, stores and many entertainment near by for all ages. Come relax at the Lavender House's upper flat! The space is overflowing with old world charm, hardwood floors, stained glass, and a large balcony facing downtown Detroit. The house was built in 1900. It is nestled next to an ambling flower garden and wooded area, with ample space for outdoor hangs. There is a fire pit and playscape for the little ones. We are just 2 miles from downtown so you can enjoy what the city has to offer, then unwind in this lovely urban countryside.

Lakeshore Hidden Oasis (heated pool / jacuzzi)

Located in Lakeshore, minutes from Windsor / Detroit, a perfect oasis for the couple looking for a quiet escape. The suite's private jacuzzi tub makes it the ideal place in any season! The suite is fully equipped, including a complete kitchenette, Smart TV, etc. A private BBQ is at your door. During your stay you will have access, day and night, to our heated salt water pool. It is open from mid March to early November at 32°C (90°F). The hot tub is open year round.
