Vacation rentals with a patio in Tazewell County

I had a great stay at the 1029 apartments. They're about a block from Bradley University and I only had a 10 minute walk to the Bradley Renaissance Coliseum for an event I was attending. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance nearby. I appreciated having a real kitchen with a full-size range and refrigerator which allowed me flexibility in food preparation. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Great for a few days in Peoria. Only 1.6 miles from the civic center, where I was headed for a conference.

the apartments were easy to locate. the parking situation was not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The walls could use a good wash but other than that the place was clean. the kitchen had everything you need

Another great stay! Close to great restaurants and grocery. It’s also a great place for any travelers to OSF and Across the Street Hospital lol…..super convenient

We had a nice and quick stay. It was perfect for our trip through town. The beds were comfy, the host was communicative and the check in/check out was easy. The neighborhood was nice!

Stayed here again the second time for the holidays, and as usual, it did not disappoint! Host was very responsive and considerate! The place was clean, and it had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

We relocated to the area and Hannah and Grant’s was the perfect place for a new beginning. The house was so cozy and had everything we could ever think of needing plus more! The house had gorgeous natural light and beautiful decor. The neighborhood was amazing. Very peaceful and lots of friendly people. The baseball field across the street was fun to people watch and it was great having a playground across the street. There was also another playground a 10 minute walk up the street that my kids loved. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. We’ll miss it!

The entire house looked and smelled so clean. The layout was perfect for our family gathering. We will stay again when we visit Peoria in the future.

Matthew's Rose house was great for our needs while visiting family. Being from the area I can tell he put alot of work into this cool old house - it looks great. We always prefer a house over a hotel with our 4 children because we cook alot. The kitchen was updated and clean. A few suggestions that would make it ideal would be food storage containers, kitchen towels, salt and oil - basics. But otherwise it was great. The only con (that really interfered with the kids' bedtime) were the creaky floors but I know that is a huge undertaking. I'd suggest bringing a sound machine if you have little ones. And maybe a baby gate for the basement stairs. I know in the description it says not suitable for children. We decided to wing this because it was really the location and size we needed and it was fine. The oblong culdesac was great for riding scooters. Nice neighbors. Reminiscent of my small town childhood. Would recommend!

This is a very cozy cottage on a shady street with plenty of parking. I really appreciate the fact that there were no TVs That's very refreshing for an Airbnb. The only bathroom was at the top of the stairs which was a small inconvenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is quite comfortable.

~Peaceful Farmhouse Retreat~ We loved our stay at the Little Farmhouse! Nestled in the middle of a multi-generational farmstead, this charming home was the perfect location for us being close to friends nearby. Sitting on the patio after dark was a treat listening to wild turkeys and frogs in the distance. The farmhouse itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly cozy – a perfect blend of modern farmhouse charm and comfort. In addition, we were close to everything! We enjoyed some fantastic local restaurants and shopping at Grand Prairie. This location was the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion and convenience. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made us feel at home! We will definitely book this place again!

Kimberly’s home is beautiful and very comfortable! I had my 88 & 85 years old parents with me and they felt very much at home! Very comfortable for them! They stay in they stayed in the room on the main level and we stayed up stairs! Couldn’t ask for a nicer place and better to stay! If you neede something Kimberly is there to help right away !! Before or after your stay!! I would Not hesitate to reserve this home again!! Thank you Kimberly for everything you've done for us!!
