This place is a super nice and has cool features. Updates in the right places that make it very comfy and felt right at home. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. Very clear instructions and responsive host. We will surely stay again next year.

Audrey was amazing, we had another host cancel our reservation mid move cross country. I reached out to her and within minutes it was reserved and ready. The property was the most well stocked air bnb i have ever been to. Anything that you might have forgotten she thought of. Audrey was very responsive and there to help with anything. The house was clean and cozy. The area was quiet and close to anything you would need. I will be using this host again when we come into town.

Dawn’s home is cozy, quaint, and peaceful! Her yard is beautiful and full of life. A plant lovers paradise! The bed was comfy and having access to Netflix and Hulu was a huge plus. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Our animals felt comfortable and had a great time too. We will definitely stay again!

What a gem! Betty's Place was perfect for us and our daughter while we were in town for a visit to Bradley University. It is walking distance to the college! Loved all of the vintage decor and it really felt like staying at our grandparents again. The host is very thoughtful and responsive. We would definitely recommend a stay at Betty's Place, especially if you are visiting Bradley!

Place was cozy and host was extremely responsive to anything I needed. I have no complaints, but do want to point out that the stairs on the way down are wood/slippery so might be a challenge for senior dogs.

This will be our go to when we visit our daughter at school. The location is great, very close to a Dollar General, which was super helpful when I needed something at 8:45pm (they close at 9, lol). Saw numerous deer in the nearby park every day. Loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our golden doodle. The beds were super comfy, loved the decor, the whole place was very clean. The master has a very fun electric fireplace built in to the wall, loved it. The home looks small from the outside, but inside it is very spacious.

Cabin was cozy, quiet and peaceful! Great location for nature, relaxing and out of the city! Had a great time looking at all the various decor places. Easy to find and enjoy all it had to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Brent’s place is amazing. He and his wife leave extremely thoughtful amenities and they have wonderful recommendations on places to go and places to eat. His place is EXTREMELY clean, has comfortable beds, and is quiet. We loved it!

The hosts were both absolutely lovely, so kind and helpful! The home has so much attention to detail, it’s unbelievable. So cozy and fun, tons of super neat games to play and perfect places to hang out and enjoy the cozy vibes! The hot tub was clean and the spot is perfect, definitely would book anytime I’m in Peoria!

The house is as large, welcoming, clean, and was packed with amenities. Dimitar was a fantastic host! There were issues with scheduling that he straighten out in short order. I am new to Airbnb. Lucky for me, Dimitar was able to help me with all of my newbie issues!

Exactly as the listing shows, great views, beautiful decor. Hot tub was perfect and ready to use, simply open and enjoy. We will definitely be back if staying in Peoria.
