Arlen is a wonderful host. She prepared and organized everything perfectly. I felt at home in her apartment. The furnishings are very cozy. I would have loved to stay there longer. I can highly recommend her.

I stayed for a month in this 1BR condo and had a fantastic experience. The place was super comfortable, with a great view that I never got tired of. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive—any questions I had were answered quickly. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt super cozy — exactly like the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like drinking water, extra blankets, and especially all of the free amenities and free parking. The host was communicative, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. It honestly felt more like staying at a friend’s home than a rental. The location was perfect too — quiet at night but have everything I needed. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. A real gem!

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

The place is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the balcony—it even had a designated smoking area, which was a nice bonus. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely be booking again!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

This is our third time booking one of Marylou's places, and just like before, everything was perfect. The space is incredibly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need—whether it's for a short stay or a longer one. The quiet neighborhood adds to the charm, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Marylou herself is a true gem. Warm, welcoming, and full of that "cool mom" vibe we’ve come to love. She always greets me and my wife with genuine laughter and joy, and her communication is top-notch—detailed, prompt, and thoughtful. What more could you ask for? A fantastic place and an amazing host. Definitely a 10/10 experience. No wonder we’ve booked here three times already—and it certainly won’t be the last. This is our go-to spot whenever we need a quick escape from reality. Highly recommended!

The place truly felt like a second home, and true to it’s name, it made my short stay comfier than my other experiences. Ma’am Leyn was very helpful and very reaponsive. I really appreciate the welcome treats, the free water (Which saved me aton), and the countless very helpful ammenities available on the unit. The place was 500 meters away from the MRT/LRT station and about 2km away from MOA which were my main location to go to for this trip. 7/11, Jolibee and chowking was right outside the compound as well. The vibes really gave off a cute and comfy home. There were sticky notes everywhere for instructions which were very very helpful. The AC werent as cold as I hoped it be but it was still the right temperature. The outside of the compound is abit unclean but safe nontheless. Entrances are guarded securely as well. I could go on & on but overall, I was really happy I booked this place. Will be booking this again real soon.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

We’ll absolutely return—highly recommended and truly worth every cent.

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

We had an amazing stay at Winnie’s! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Winnie was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made sure I felt right at home. It’s my 2nd time booking Jons place. I find the condo just about right to what I paid for, could be a bit less but it is the location that’s awesome. It’s in BGC and actually walkable to where the main action was. Lotsa restaurants to go around with. Doing a run whether it’s day or night is really peaceful and safe. There’s a 24hr 7eleven just at the ground floor of the Condo Bldgs…..it’s very convenient. Security guards are all nice and helpful. Jon’s place felt homey to me already and I would book again if I were in Metro Manila. In addition the pool and the area is just ok, there is no AC in the lobby of tower C just fyi and their elevators are sometimes under repair but ok as well. Book Jons place you wouldn’t regret it.

A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)
