Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Taylor County

We had a great stay and this house provided the space and location needed for our visit to Abilene. Great backyard for our dog, easy walk to a large park to stretch our legs. Needed a few things for our stay, and the hosts delivered them the next morning. Thanks for a great stay.

Visited the area for a family wedding in the area and comfortably stayed at Brian's home with 4 adults and 2 children. Home was clean and spotless. The pool and hot tub were great enjoyment for the kiddos. Would highly recommend staying at Brian's place.

The place was better than expected and we were so comfortable during our stay. This home is its own destination and worth coming back to. Great hosts thought of so many details to make staying an enjoyable experience.

Our stay at Emmy’s Cottage was great. The location is perfect and was very easy to get to anything around Abilene. Brett was a great host and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Abilene!

Wonderful place, we absolutely loved it. Home was beautiful and unique, everything was taken care of, and everyone was right about those cookies. Oh my goodness. 🤩 We had a 3-year-old with us who is pretty chill, so it was fine for us, but be aware of breakables if you have more rambunctious kids. We millennials absolutely loved being able to watch Disney movies on VHS with her though, and there were books for kids available too. Short drive to Dyess if you’ll be visiting there, location was great for that. Overall, highly recommend, no complaints at all!

Beautiful bungalow. Pictures accurately depicted the beautiful home. Well stocked, clean, beautiful backyard where we all sat out. Close to restaurants. Randi, the host was so responsive. Superhost. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I will incorporate some of furnishings in my home. Loved the Bluetooth mirror features. Loved the fireplace. Loved everything. Centrally located. Monte’s place is a great location. The views are rustic and quiet. If you want to get out of the city and want to slow down this is the place to do it. Great food and Texas history nearby. Slow down and enjoy!!
