We had a great stay and this house provided the space and location needed for our visit to Abilene. Great backyard for our dog, easy walk to a large park to stretch our legs. Needed a few things for our stay, and the hosts delivered them the next morning. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed one night for a work trip and everything went smoothly. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The WiFi worked well, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Abilene.

Beautiful bungalow. Pictures accurately depicted the beautiful home. Well stocked, clean, beautiful backyard where we all sat out. Close to restaurants. Randi, the host was so responsive. Superhost. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I will incorporate some of furnishings in my home. Loved the Bluetooth mirror features. Loved the fireplace. Loved everything. Centrally located. Thoroughly enjoyed. TY Randi and Jared.

This is the second time we stayed and we stayed longer this time. The cabin is comfortable and welcoming. We enjoy the birds, the quiet and the friendly but not intrusive Corgi, Lola. Lydia is a great host. She communicated well and was flexible and accommodating with some special requests. She even brought overs some freshly oven baked chocolate chip cookies to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will most likely return. The location is just a couple or so miles from Abilene State Park, and not far from Buffalo Gap and Tuscola. Both had cafe's with great cuisine. Perini Ranch Steakhouse has the biggest reputation, but we enjoyed The Gap Cafe and in Tuscola we returned to Cafe Cozumel.

This was a lovely spot to stay. It was so clean and incredibly peaceful. Easy to get to and parking very close to where you stay. They also included snacks and ice cold water. I will absolutely stay here again! A+++ Definitely recommend.

Very close to Hendricks South Hospital, we made the trip many times and it was always easy and fast! The house was perfectly laid out, the bed rooms were far enough away that naps were uninterrupted with the TV on in the living room and cooking in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

I haven’t had such a peaceful night’s sleep in months. I felt right at home at Hickory House. My kids napped on the porch swing. It was a restful comfy spot. I loved the antiques around, which sparked some great conversations with my kids who had no idea what some of the things were.

Modern 3bd 3ba dream home in the heart of Abilene!

After four years of traveling from the Midwest to Abilene, we finally found an Airbnb that takes cleanliness as seriously as we do. We are just sorry we didn’t discover this gem before the four years came to an end. Kelly was so communicative and helpful. There were plenty of linens and extra blankets to accommodate everyone’s internal thermostat! If traveling with a large party, please look at seating in the living room. It is limited, but perfect for our needs. We highly recommend staying at the Chalet!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Very spacious home. Plenty of room. Even has an electric fireplace! Very good choice for a weekend getaway with my wife. Haley and her husband were both very responsive all great all around hosts. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay with them again!

We stayed at Abeline visiting family. The house was perfect for 8 people, very spacious, cozy, clean and tidy. The beds are super comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Location is quiet and we felt safe. Highly recommended. Thank you very much Pat & Mike.

This crew trailer is the perfect place for a bed and a place to eat after you work 10 hrs a day on a construction site. Every room has their own private bathroom and shower and security door lock. The common shared space has washer and dryer, fridge, microwave, stove, oven and coffee pot. Wifi is great. Roku TV's in the rooms. Highly recommend for those working out of town.
