First and foremost, Cindy is a great host. For those of you who primarily speak English it’ll be comforting to know she’s pretty fluent. That and she’s really friendly and helpful. Aside from that this isn’t the Ritz but it’s a solid and clean accommodation. It’s a great value for what you’re paying. The property is located in a great area close to West Lake and walkable to lake side which has many nice restaurants, coffee shops and vintage shops if you’re into that. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, Cindy for the tea and conversation! 😀😀

Highly recommend! The hotel is in a very charming French style building, and it is located in one of the best areas of West Lake. The room was spacious and had everything you'll need, including a kitchen, a large bathroom, sofa, work desk, and several windows that allow for a lot of natural light. The host was super helpful and very responsive to our needs. Will stay again if we're ever in Hanoi again in the future!

The room we stayed in was absuletuly great. Very spacious, rustic, huge balcony with a street view. The staff were 10 stars, most of them have an excellent English and they are very caring. They helped us organising our trip to Ha Lonh Bay and gave all the touristic tips about Hanoi. We really love it and certainly recommend it.

The room features two spacious beds adorned with elegant red throws and decorative flower petals. A balcony is visible through large glass doors, allowing natural light to fill the space. Contemporary furnishings, including a desk and a flat-screen TV, complete the tasteful decor.

The hospitality was amazing. Katie and Marshall ensured we had a memorable stay. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offered tips for local sightseeing, offered us vegetarian food in breakfast.

I don't need another word. It is a hotel heavily armed with enormous location and kindness from its staff. I'll stay here if I come back. Very kind. Everyone.

I had an amazing stay! The room is very comfortable and tidy, and they make sure to keep it that way by cleaning it daily (during the time the room is empty). The location is very convenient as it is surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops, pubs, etc. I also found a close money exchange store near by (with really cheap exchange rates!!) The staff is really friendly and did amazingly well at making my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much for contributing to this great travel experience!

This is a beautiful hotel which is so close to the bustle of Hanoi, but it's so peaceful inside that you don't even notice that you're in a big city. We stayed there for two nights and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we could even check out and leave our baggage in the hotel because we had to go to Hà Long Bay, and we could pick it up the day after. Their breakfast is delicious. I would visit this Mathilda boutique again ☺️☺️
