Lovely location, friendly and helpful host

-Beautiful, spacious and walking distance to Kitzbuhul downtown -Renovated charming place with a beautiful wide staircase, and a huge, bright bathroom -Kitchen was very spacious, enough to cook meals for a family -Lovely grass patio which we were able to enjoy during the summer -Very attentive, kind and friendly hosts who were onsite to help with all of our needs Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing safe and high tech place, super clean, friendly host with amazing view of the green mountains. Wonderful pool and having all you need. Felt like home.

We had a lovely stay at Georgina’s place. We didn’t mind the walk uphill even with a rolling suitcase. There’s a nice 15 minute walk in the woods to a viewpoint right in back of the apartment! Georgina was super responsive to all our questions. If it matters to you, please be aware that the single sofa bed ( good mattress ) is in the living room and the bunk beds are accessible only through the main bedroom..

We had a wonderful week at Kristina's place. The place is a real godsend for anyone who wants to enjoy cozy mountain ambiance combined with great interior design We will be happy to come back!

We were only able to use the property for one day, but were satisfied with everything. We were received very warmly. The apartment is furnished and designed with a lot of love and attention.

We felt very comfortable in Maria Alm. The apartment is very nicely decorated, spacious and has a great sun terrace. The landlords are very nice and gave us excellent advice on our excursion considerations. The center and also a grocery store are easily accessible on foot. For our car, there was a parking space right by the house. In general, we found the included Hochkönig card, with which you can use lifts and buses free of charge unlimited, very positive. Furthermore, the maps available in the apartment are very helpful.

Mario’s place was absolutely beautiful. You are nested within the mountains, being able to enjoy the breathtaking views from the comfort of the balcony. The pictures, like everything else in life, do not do it justice. I appreciated that there was wine to purchase in the apartment, a nice add on and something to enjoy on warm summer days. Lakes are nearby which was something I did every day along with hitting the trails (trails that I went to were slightly far but ok if you have a car). I would come back!

This host was very nice and helpful, everything according to our expectations. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, nothing was missing that we could remember. Even in the morning it was flooded, which was very pleasant. And in the surrounding area there are endless possibilities for cycling tours or visits to beautiful places. We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

We will definitely revisit this apartment. Spotless, full kitchen, separate bedroom. Comfortable and lovely furniture and bed. Lovely, sunny living room. Handy washing machine. One of the best B&B we've ever had.

An exceptional accommodation and very thoughtful hosts (we only exchanged by chat). The place is peaceful and we loved the provision of an entire floor with private and very secure access. Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

Diana is a very friendly and helpful host who responds promptly to questions. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, so we felt very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, directly opposite the valley station of the cable car and with views of the valley downhill. With the gondola, you can get to the Dachstein West ski area very quickly. The apartment also includes a heated compartment in the ski depot. A general store where you can get fresh rolls and the most necessary everyday items is within walking distance. There are also a few restaurants in the village. We enjoyed the days in Rußbach very much and would come back anytime.

We enjoyed staying with Nina very much. The apartment is very spacious, modern and extremely clean. We particularly liked the great amenities in the kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a large family or group of friends. The connection to the ski bus was ideal. I'm sure we'll be back!

Susanne's apartment completely met our expectations. It is perfectly equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom was very modern and the shower nice and large. The terrace is very large and partly covered. The view is beautiful, directly on the Planai and down to Schladming. Susanne was very active as a hostess and gave us very nice recommendations for hiking. She also took a lot of time for this and gave good descriptions of the routes for a total of 5 routes that she can recommend. The accommodation also had recommendations for restaurants in the area. All in all, we were super satisfied during our stay and have nothing negative to report. Thank you Susanne for the great accommodation and the great recommendations you gave us!
