Die sonnige Penthaus-Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg in Anif. Sie bietet mit 78 m2 genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche, 1 Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 1 WC zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett für Zwei. Highlight ist die Massagedusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne im Bad und der Pool im Garten. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto, sowie Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In der Sommersaison darf gerne der Pool im Außenbereich benutzt werden. Ich bin sehr oft im Ausland unterwegs. Jedoch ist meine Tochter oft da uns steht Ihnen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, ein Modegeschäft und ein Drogeriemarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Our cozy, newly renovated house in Hallein is in a quiet location with its own entrance. It has a living area of 150 m² and can therefore accommodate groups or families of up to 8 people. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

Guests have 2 parking spaces in the garden. Access to the parking lot is from the main road, the first entrance next to the Glaneckerweg. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our studio apartment is located on the second floor of an old town house at the beginning of the Hallein pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.
