Great view, easy check in, comfortable stay

This unit was exactly as described only better. The condo was very nice and had everything you could need for a stay in the Keys - beach chairs, sand toys, tennis and pickle ball equipment, basketball, yoga mats, etc. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The unit was also very tidy when we arrived and included a little welcome basket. Excellent communication from host. The pools and hot tubs were very clean; they were maintained at least twice during our six day stay. It was sometimes tricky to get a chair at the pool but we were able to make it work. We stayed M-Sat., it got VERY busy Friday night. Glad we stayed midweek! A couple things I wish we'd known in advance: - The location of the actual unit. It took us about 10 minutes of circling the property to find the unit, the signage and instructions from the guard were not sufficient. - The area is not walkable. Lots nearby, but we did not feel comfortable walking anywhere from the property because of the busy road.

the place was spotless and very easy to find, the location provide lots of opportunities for play (water, fishing, pool, snorkeling) and the local restaurants were in walking distance, Jose was a great host, always responsive and very kind w our v late arrival due to delays.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4 for the week. Lot's of great restaurants and activities near by, including a walking and biking bath right across the street. The pools and hot tub were lovely, and we loved the balcony to watch the sunrise and see the moon at night. Our only comment we be maybe getting some more functional and comfortable patio furniture so we could enjoy that even more! Thanks for a wonderful week :)

Great spot to spend days for vacation. Great service by office staff. They took care of all requests we had in the most friendly manner. The hotel is located right on the water, so views were great. Nice pool and great vibe. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Caroline's place! We would definitely recommend the unit and the area for a wonderful vacation in the Keys! We will certainly be back!!

Here's a perfect base for exploring the Florida Keys! Kristina's quiet and comfortable place had everything we needed for a wonderful laid-back mid-winter break! Conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, you can pack up and hit the Overseas Highway and easily explore the other keys, then come back for a refreshing swim on the property and watch the sunset from a cozy balcony or with a group down on the dock. Just a skip and a hop away from John Pennecamp State Park, too.

Second time staying at the property.! Clean, confortable. Kitchen had all the ammenities.! The AC was great.!!! No complaints., I will be back again during summer time.!!!

My husband and his friends stayed at Rich’s place in Key Largo to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with some fishing in the Gulf and enjoying the sun (we miss it in Idaho this time of year!). Rich's place was the perfect base for enjoying the Keys--they went snorkeling at Pennekamp, drove to the Everglades, and drove to Key West to see Hemingway's House and Bahia Honda. They wanted to use the kayaks to explore the lagoon at Kawama, but they were so busy sightseeing, they didn't get the chance. Their favorite thing was heading down to the jetty to talk and visit each night. Thank you for providing a wonderful spot for my husband and his friends to celebrate!

This condo was everything it said it was. Very clean. Great location, clean and serviceable furnishings and an awesome view. One thing that really struck out for me was that the kitchen had everything that you would need without being stuffed with a lot of extra stuff you don’t need. Also the pots and pans were very clean and almost new. Michael was very responsive to all our questions and made sure that we were happy with everything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone interested in staying in Key Largo.

Such a lovely location along a creek with access to kayaks. We enjoyed taking them out and just watching the water from the balcony. The place had everything we needed and was a short distance from Key Largo.

Daniel's place is a great find. It is part of a friendly, gated community. The unit is across from a pond. It's just steps from the pool. The kitchen is small, but has a new coffee maker, stove, dishwasher and fridge (full size, ice maker, water dispenser). There's a super quiet, brand new washer/dryer, too. Several types of coffee in the cupboard, whole bags. There are plenty of dishes and different types of glassware for drinks. There's a heavenly screened in porch that faces the pool courtyard. It is well shaded. The entry porch has a table and chairs and catches sunset. Bikes, pool noodles, a cooler, boogie board and fishing poles are on porch. There was a basket of pool towels, too. No assigned parking spot right at your door, but you shouldn't be too far from the unit. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. Bedrooms were comfy. TVs in each bedroom and living area. Older carpet in the upstairs is the only flaw (as possible allergy trigger vs decor issue.) An amazing place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice. There are a lot of activities nearby ranging from kayaking, to snorkeling, to boating. The pool in the complex was great! We would definitely stay there again.

Paradise, I stayed for five weeks. July 27th-Sep 3rd. Entire Moonbay Is a condominium resort. It is huge and has everything you could ask for. The grounds are meticulously kept. The pool is gorgeous and brand heated. No one is there in August so I had the entire place to myself. The snowbirds don't return until October. kid's were in school and I was in heaven. Thank you Arthur for sharing your little slice of paradise. I will be back permanently ASAP.

Adriana & Bill are fantastic hosts of their terrifically located end unit & Kawama getaway in key largo.. it is a TRUE PARADISE!..( the photos don’t do it justice!) A welcoming goodie bag awaited us as we walked in the door!.. & it just got better & better from there.. always immediate & pleasant replies to texts.. the unit is spacious clean & tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, workable well stocked kitchen & supplies.. a light and airy lanai with a great view of the lagoon!..super place all the way around!!.. thanks so much Adriana & Bill for making our family vacation all that we wanted it to be…we ‘ll be back!!🏖️

Kim's place was perfect for our extended family. The full unit (kitchen, lounge, bathroom, and bedroom) downstairs was perfect for my parents to stay while my family of 4 plus my sister stayed upstairs where there is another kitchen and lounge as well as 2 bedrooms. Facilities in the complex were fantastic with a huge pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and clubhouse. The location was great to get anywhere in Key Largo as well as the rest of the Keys. Last, but definitely not least, the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with all the questions and things that came up during the stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are back in the Keys.

This location is the jewel of the Keys. Private, safe and with an incredible view of the ocean and sunrise. I’ve stayed many times in the area and this is absolutely the best. Owner is extremely helpful and available for any questions. Condo has a well stocked kitchen for cooking with great restaurants nearby. Big, fluffy oversized towels are provided. Being on the second floor near the stairs made that the easiest route in and out. Great group of people we met at the pool, many returning every year for extended stays. Just a wonderful place and hoping to return again next year. Thank you so much, Jeanette!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathryn's condo. The space was nicely furnished, the bed was comfy and the view was to die for. We sat out on the balcony and enjoyed an unobstructed view of the water over the preserve. It was perfect for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. We enjoyed this peaceful time very much. The condo is directly across from the tennis courts and the pool. The pool is spacious and there were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. It is a nice place to unwind after exploring during the day. We liked the location of the condo. It was right next to Islamorada, which offers lots of nice restaurants with water views. It is a few hours from Key West as well. This was our first visit to the Keys and we will definitely be back! From the time of booking, Kathryn was super responsive and gave us lots of good ideas for places to visit and things to do. She even offered to send me items that were left behind. We are more than pleased with our experience!
