Monthly Rentals in Tavern Island

I stayed at David’s place for five days while my mother was convalescing nearby in New Canaan. It was such a wonderful place to come back to at the end of long days, quiet and tranquil and very private. This is a basement apartment with its own entrance and looks out onto a private backyard with a little pond with four sweet ducks. The space was immaculate upon entry. It has a well-equipped galley kitchen with a washer/dryer, full bathroom and separate bedroom with a TV. The bed was super cozy. Clean linens and towels are provided. Both Norwalk Hospital and Waveny Care Center are nearby, so if you have a loved one at either of these places and need to come spend a few days, this is a great alternative to area hotels. There are plenty of decent restaurants nearby, lots of parks and Norwalk’s Seaport district close by. Thanks, David, for a great stay!

It was just what I needed as I was in town for a few days. Very close to places to eat and right by where I needed to be.

We had a lovely stay. JP was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was exactly as stated in the listing. We would stay there again if in the area.

We had a great stay at the property and a wonderful time enjoying local activities in Norwalk. Martin gave clear check in instructions and the place was easy to find. The interior is nicely decorated and includes all listed amenities. Overall great place!
