Monthly Rentals in Tavenna

Excellent place. Private parking and gated makes it very safe. The hosts are very friendly and offered lots of treats in the apartment. Great view on the ocean with wifi and a/c. Very well situated between San Salvo and Termoli beaches (10 min away). Grocery store and cafe in the little town of Petacciato were 4 min away and great. Very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend.

Matteo is a great host, very communicative, with clear instructions for check in. He also gave us a local recommendation for breakfast. The apartment is small, cute, tidy, with a beautiful view of the nature, especially in the morning after waking up. I definitely recommend it.

Communication with Frédérica was easy. Finding the meeting place was easy. The accommodation is in the old town of Montenero, a typical village in southern Italy. The countryside view is stunning. This home will allow you to soak up the simplicity and peaceful life of the place. 25 minutes away you have the charming little town of Vasto, where you will find quality restaurants and shops. You are also 30 minutes to Termoli, whose old town is very picturesque. You're also a 10-minute drive to a huge beach where you'll have all the space you want. We enjoyed staying at Frédérica's place and will be happy to go back.

Arriving at Casa Rosa, a delicious welcome snack based on typical products was waiting for us! We couldn't have started better. Upon entering, there is a house with attention to every detail, and equipped with everything you need and even more: many small touches that show love for guests. Tavenna is a small village on the Molise hills whose tranquility makes you fall in love: we found delicious little shops and welcoming and warm neighbors! A good starting point for visiting Molise and its beauties! Highly recommended!
