Simple room, uncomplicated pleasant landlady, walking distance above the old town, what else could you ask for a night? I was there from Friday to Saturday, opposite a group of girls met or spent the night unmistakably until 2 or 3 am. I can't judge how common it is, but Coimbra is just a young city.

For the price perfect Building itself is beyond its glory days a bit but everything in the power of the owner was great and the room was nice, aired, spacey and clean Building is some hour walk from the centre and the neighborhood very safe suburbs area with good public transport (2€ for individual ticket bought in the bus but you can buy cheaper rides in the supermarket) Mattress and pillows may feel hard a bit first, but got me perfect rest Communication was prompt and adequate If you don’t insist on being in the center it has what you need.

Nice small studio apartment. Had all the basics. Good communication . Nice to access with door codes and not to worry about keys. Two large super markets close by. One across the street and 1.5 block’s away and one behind same distance. Short distance to many restaurants and the river walk. Right on the bus route to the University. However we did the 25 minute walk uphill. A treat to have a Pastelaria about 30 seconds away!

what a lovely place. so close to everything. beautiful accommodating people. very communitive. wished we could of stayed longer. the place was fabulous
