Absolutely beautiful place to stay in a great location. House was private and had everything we needed. Also amazing mini golf & restaurant walking distance! Great walks to the lake also!

We stayed for 10 nights whilst visiting our daughter in Taupo - it felt like home from home! Very well equipped, comfortable bed, brilliant shower and easy walk to the lakefront and local amenities. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our trip to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing! The location was perfect—so close to the starting point of the walk, which made our early morning start so much easier. The accommodation itself was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed to relax after a long day of hiking. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided helpful tips about the area, including recommendations for local dining and activities. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the comfortable bedding and the well-equipped kitchen. If you're planning to explore the Tongariro Alpine Crossing or the surrounding area, this place is a gem. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our adventure.

We loved this place. Great living area for socialising, well equipped kitchen, showers had awesome water pressure, several lovely areas to sit outdoors. Perfect for our family get together with some of us staying onsite and others in the town centre. And later some items we'd left behind were returned to us which we were grateful for.

Cozy and Comfortable! The spa was excellent after a long day and beds were comfortable. Friendly neighnbors too

Brenda and Ian's place is in a great location with stunning views, nearby walks to the river and a few useful shops (and the bungee!) The house itself has older fittings and decor, but has been obviously been amazingly well cared for and maintained and is spotless, with beautiful gardens too. Was a super stay for our small family and a definite recommend for the price. 🙂

Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

Great place to stay. It was a shame the plunge pool wasn’t working but communication was good and we were compensated.

Ruby was a great and was very proactive with instructions. The place was spacious and had great entertainment with the spa, pool, and pool table.

Despite an initial hiccup, we had a fantastic time at Tracy and Damien’s home. Tracy was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and will hopefully return to stay here again!

Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Great location easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, also very close to the lake. Bachcare was very quick to respond to any questions. Great communication. The only thing that would have made it slightly better was it was quite hot in the smaller bedroom. The only window was a skylight and there wasn't anyway to open it. The main bedroom was lovely though, air con and big windows.

Fantastic place to stay in Kinloch - walking distance to the lake, local tennis courts, playground and pump bike track...great for a family holiday. Beautiful modern home with all the bells & whistles and fantastic heated pool. Had everything we needed and also only 20 min drive to Taupo. Highly recommend.

We had a lot of rain on our stay and Karyn’s place is so peaceful and cosy, looking out to the trees and listening to the birds it’s the perfect little getaway no matter the weather. Karyn was great to work with and very accommodating with any request. We will be back! Thank you ☺️

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s a great house. We stay here for a work event and it’s perfect because of the number of bedrooms, the space and the location.

We had a great weekend away at Ricky’s place. It was nice and quiet, a lovely home at stay at. I would recommend Ricky’s house to all my friends and family who are wanting a weekend away in Taupo.

Very nice house, well-equipped. Comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our stay and especially having breakfast with the family on the terrace overlooking a large wooded garden.

We stayed for one night while travelling down the North Island. The house was easy to access and was fully fenced which was ideal as we have a dog and 2 young children. The place was clean and tidy and was family friendly.

Ideal house for a large group with plenty of space for all. The kitchen hub works well and there’s plenty of parking and space outside. The host was super helpful and responsive - thanks for being so accommodating. Recommend!
