I was a last-minute returning guest at this beautiful Kiwi bach, and once again, it exceeded expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating, even on short notice, and made the whole process seamless. The home is just as stunning as I remembered—peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. it was the perfect escape to relax and recharge whilst I was away on business. It’s rare to find a place that feels so welcoming and consistent, especially when booking last-minute. I’m so grateful I was able to return and will absolutely be back again. Highly recommend this hidden gem. Thanks Ness and Karl.

This was one of the greatest places I’ve stayed at, and there have been a lot! Checkin was easy, super responsive to anything I asked and it was EXACTLY as advertised. Photos were clear and amenities great. A wonderful retreat from busy adventuring in New Zealand. Can’t recommend it enough

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect base while visiting friends in the area. The neighbourhood was quiet but still had plenty for the kids to do. Check in was super easy and we arrived to a nice warm home with the lights on for us! We loved our stay at Karen’s!

Nanette is amazing. She has a lovely place with everything you need for an overnight stay and more. She was so helpful collecting me from the bus and dropping me to my work location the next morning. Her breakfast was plentiful and beautiful, fresh made bread, yoghurt, muesli plus eggs bacon and sausage. The bed was comfortable. The only negative was the shower pressure was low but it is what it is. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m working in Taupo. Thank you

The place was fantastic.very well equipped.the views were absolutely fantastic.very comfortable.our group were very impressed .we could not fault it at all.we would definitely book again.

Amazing lake side apartment - the pool was a game changer it was heated, the kids had multiple swims each day. Great location, tidy apartment and super comfy beds - we will be back :)

Had a great stay here with our family. The kids loved the lounge setup with the bean bags and they loved the heated pool! Great location, really nice apartment and facilities. The main bedroom is a tad noisy as it's close to the road.

My family and I rented the flat for the IronMan weekend and had a great time, close to everything in the center of Taupo, close to the race, close to the lakefront. It is a beautiful apartment where we felt like at home.
