Beautifully presented and positioned for all-day sun, this is a great base for your next Taupo escape. Walk/bike to town and the lake, or drive in just 2 minutes. The home is warm and comfortable with a large boat shed to store your toys. There are 2 kayaks and 2 retro cruiser bikes for you to use. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

Our warm and sunny Lake view studio is in a garden setting located adjacent to our Lake front residence. Off street parking, direct access to the Lake. Small kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, toasted sandwich maker, Weber BBQ, Pizza cooker, air fryer. You have your our own private en-suite. One bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a kitchenette. Please note that there is no oven or cook top. The lounge has a heat pump for those brisk Taupo winters. Peaceful sheltered surroundings, relaxing environment, beautiful views of the Waikato river from bedroom window and the lounge. Everything you need for a great breakaway from a busy life. There is a relaxing deck where you can sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine and enjoy the view. Not suitable for children. NO smoking or Vaping.

Te Kāinga Rangimārie

Welcome to Te Kāinga Rangimārie – a cosy, peaceful retreat on a 2ha lifestyle property with beautiful lake views. Enjoy nature, animals and a relaxed rural setting, while being close to Rotorua and Taupō attractions, including Wai-o-tapu and our local natural hot pools. The unit sleeps up to 4 and has two connected rooms, a bathroom and kitchenette. The main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. Three friendly dogs are part of the household. Newly renovated in August 2026.

Lake front Bach in Acacia Bay

Relax and unwind with amazing views from a large deck, lake front in Acacia Bay. This 1970's bach has a lot to offer the family with Tui's in the native bush, relaxing deck chairs, a trampoline, Stand up Paddleboard and kayaks. The bach has 2 bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed and the other with 2 sets of bunks). There is a bedroom with a queen bed downstairs. In the lounge downstairs is another set of bunks. There are local shops and a local cafe, or travel 5km to Taupo.
