The "courtyard side" cottage is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people. It has a living room with equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Fully equipped (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, armchairs and outdoor table, above-ground pool...). We will be available to guide you according to your wishes.

Renovated old house in the heart of a beautiful medieval village, beautiful terrace with views. For 1-2 people (not recommended for children), one bedroom with double bed (140 cm), shower room, kitchen-lounge with wood burner, laundry room with dryer, 2 bikes, barbecue on the terrace. Be careful, there are some stairs. There is a bed and breakfast ON THE GROUND FLOOR with an independent entrance. If it is not rented there is an option to book for 4 people with an additional charge.

The swimming pool (open from June 1st to the end of September) is under the village 5 min walk with a beautiful view.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Le Nid is a 14th century village house, freshly renovated in the heart of the historic center of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. Ideally located to enjoy the city and its cultural monuments on foot, mixing authenticity and contemporary comfort, Le Nid is an invitation to Provençal relaxation with its plastered walls, central wooden staircase, natural stone floor and a dominant view from the bedroom over the rooftops of Villeneuve. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
