Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a small workshop area dedicated to picture framing. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. This Grade II* listed building provides an excellent base for exploring Louth, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some classic British beaches.
