Vacation rentals with beach access in Tatlısu

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung auf Zypern war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage war perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe von einem tollen Restaurant. Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der tollen Ausstattung. Alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchten, war vorhanden – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten und sogar schnellem WLAN. Auch die tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick war ein echtes Highlight, und wir haben es genossen, dort abends den Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und war immer erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Ev fazlasıyla yeterli, ev sahibi son derece yardımcıydı. Temizlik konusunda bir an bile tedirgin olmadım. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederim.

Ev çok güzel çok temiz ve meryem hanım çok ilgiliydi. Konum olarak sitenin girişine aydınlatma yapılmasa çok daha iyi olur gece araçla girişi bulmakta sorun yaşanabiliyor.

Wir hatten 5 wundervolle Tage in Zygi. Geoffrey ist ein toller Gastgeber, jederzeit hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Sogar unsere Extrawünsche wie eine Yoga Matte wurden erfüllt und als der Kaffee ausging Nachschub vorbei gebracht 😍 Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bilder - super schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist wirklich super und hochwertig ausgestattet und der Blick auf den Hafen lädt zum verweilen auf dem riesigen Balkon ein. Wer gerne Fisch ist kommt hier zu 100% auf seine Kosten. Wir sind wirklich total zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles ☺️

Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi, sadece temizlik konusunda ufak tefek sıkıntılar vardı ama bir şekilde biz hallettik mutfaktaki tabaklar kirli ve lekeydi ve tavalar yağlıydı, mutfakta çok az eşya vardı oldukça zorlandık.. diğer her şey gayet iyiydi. 2.günümüzde sular patladı ama Ruslan çok kısa sürede halletti ve sorunumuzu çözdü. havuz bölümü gerçekten çok güzeldi ve keyifliydi evin dış alanı huzur doluydu çok beğendik. çok merkezi bir yer değil ama ihtiyacımız olan şeyler mevcuttu, market ve restoran gibi.. kıbrısa tekrar gelirsem tekrar burayı tercih edebilirim.. :))

Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad in dit mooie penthouse. Alles wat we nodig hadden was tot onze beschikking. Het was heel ruim, altijd parkeerplek en goed locatie vanuit waar je het eiland kan ontdekken. De communicatie verliep vlot en prettig!

Superb apartment, fully equipped, extra clean, comfy and modern interior. Highlights for us were the view from the balcony (9th floor sea view) and the option to make the bedroom completely dark at any moment.

This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The house was beautiful, the garden was stunning, and the sea view from the terrace was unforgettable. Our host was incredibly helpful and attentive — always checking if we needed anything, recommending great places and activities, and even arranging car rental and airport transfer with Mr. Stellios, who was also very kind and helpful. When we arrived, the fridge was fully stocked, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture after a long journey. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt taken care of from the very beginning. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, aussen wie innen. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine große Auswahl Getränken und Esswaren.Dank! Die Betten sind sehr gut.Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.Den elektrischen Sicherungskasten fanden wir erst per Telefonat , da eine Sicherung reaktiviert werden musste. Internet war sehr gut. TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir uns nicht auskennen mit Netflix & Co. und keine Bedienungsanleitung vorlag. Dies war kein Mangel! Sehr gut ist der Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich sehr gut gepflegt wird von einem Profi.Sehr angenehm ist, dass ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden ist. Sehr gut ist das Haus ausgestattet mit Klimageräten in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ca. 100m vom leeren Strand ist toll, ebenso der Meerblick selbst von der Erdgeschossterrasse.Airport&Larnaca sind nebenan. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Mückenfenster wären hilfreich zum Genuss der Meeresluft!Tolle Vermieterin!

Ev şehrin merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, çok keyifli bir avluya sahip ve sessizdi. Evin olanakları fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Evin tarihi bir ev olması ve güzel dekorasyonu evi daha da keyifli kılıyor. Evin önünde araca park yeri rahatlıkla bulabildim. Okan Bey’in ev sahipliği esnekliği kibarlığı ilgisi ve verdiği tavsiyeler de Kıbrıs deneyimimizi daha da güzel kıldı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Magusa’ya tekrar dönmeyi ve Okan Bey’in evinde kalmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

Ev anlatıldığından daha güzel ve ferahtı. Kalabalık tatil için gayet uygun ve konforluydu. Manzarası ve doğası mükemmeldi. Fatma Hanım her sorumuza ve talebimize hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Biz keyifli ve konforlu bir tatil yaptık. Tavsiye ediyorum özellikle kalabalık aileler için. Her şey için şok teşekkür ederiz ❤️

Accommodating host, right in the middle between the two towns and easily accessible by taxi or bus. We didn’t hire a car and it was fine for us by public transport A stones throw from the turtle beach which was incredible, Konnos beach is a short walk, as well as many other things. Would recommend. Only thing I would bare in mind is the garden is great, lots to do for kids but it is a lot of quite big/ high steps which our 2 year old needed hand holding to get up and down each time so couldn’t independently play

La maison de plage de Stavros offre une expérience unique et authentique hors des zones touristiques, les voisins sont sympathiques et serviables. La maison au calme est quasi sur la plage, la terrasse est grande et bien équipée barbecue, hamac chaises longues nous avons passé une semaine pieds nus dehors, jardin parfumé et agréable. La plage de galets est tres propre, tranquille très sauvage. Stavros à un canon dont nous avons profité. Intérieur douillet et plein de petites attentions pour ses hôtes...nous reviendront sûrement.

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication with the host was smooth, quick, and friendly from the very beginning. We especially appreciated the flexibility and helpfulness with both check-in and check-out – everything went perfectly and made our stay much more relaxed. The accommodation was just as described, and we felt very comfortable throughout. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we’d be happy to come back!

Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven! De dag begint meestal met een schitterende zonsopgang zoals je ze zelden meemaakt. Met zicht op de velden en de olijfgaard. Een plaats waar je tot rust komt en waar je verbonden bent met de natuur. Ook de warmte en de betrokkenheid van de host was bijzonder. Bedankt Elena, Taso, Andreas en Tonio voor jullie warme ontvangst, de vele reistips en leuke gesprekken. We hopen jullie nog te kunnen terugzien.

Wir waren schon zum 5. mal auf Zypern/Larnaca und der zypriotische Standart ist normalerweise einfach etwas rustikaler wie wir es von Österreich gewohnt sind. Aber die Wohnung war tip top. Wir waren zu 5. hatten alle bequeme und saubere Betten, eine große Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Kästen, Küche, Waschmaschine war bestens. Die Lage ist super, ca 1 Minute von der Lazarus Kirche entfernt und etwa 5min vom Strand. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. 👍💪🏽☺️

Es war super schön, nur zu empfehlen- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Achte nur drauf dass der Eingang bisschen versteckt ist - nach den Werkstatt links abbiegen. Nachts war schwer zu finden aber Vanko war sehr hilfreich und hat uns wunderbar geholfen. Saubere Bettwäsche-Wohnung sehr geräumig und in wunderbare Lage-hätte es mir nicht anders gewünscht.

I had a lovely stay at Maria’s place and liked how she made it all feel very homely. It was easy walking distance to a large supermarket and some nice parks. Overall it had everything I needed for a peaceful break

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Super war vor allem die Anlage mit Pool, super schön angelegten Rasen, Blumen und Palmen. Das Appartment hat eine große Terrasse, Fliegengitter vor den Türen und alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappte super.

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

Ailecek Kıbrıs’a geldik ve iyi ki burayı tercih etmişiz. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi ve tüm sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Ev temizdi ve ihtiyacımız olan tüm eşyalar evde mevcuttu. Ailecek tatile gelmek isteyenler için gönül rahatlığıyla önerebileceğim bir yer. Bir daha tatile gelirsek tercihimiz yine burası olacak.

Çocuklarımla gittik. 5 kişi çok rahat şekilde konakladık güzel zaman geçirdik. Önceki seyahatlerde otelleri tercih ettim bundan sonra her Kıbrıs seyahatinde kalacağımız yer belli. Çok memnun kaldık. Çocuklarım birdaha bu evden başka yerde kalmayız diyor.
