Recently completely refurbished to a high standard the apartment has two large bedrooms one of which has a king size bed and the other has two large singles which can be pushed together to make a king size double. We enjoyed our stay at George’s place soo much! The house was in a beautiful village, 10-15 minutes drive from Governor’s beach (great peaceful beach, with shower, changing cabin and free sun-beds). The house itself was so authentic, with beautiful terrace, gorgeous Pomegranate tree and everything you need (air-conditioning, all kitchen equipment etc.). George was a great host, always very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Cannot recommend this stay enough!

We had a fantastic week in this house. We invited our two adult children and the villa felt spacious for us. Silvia was a perfect host who directly responded to our questions and requests. During our week the area was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was cleaned regularly. We really have nothing to complain about but everything was as described. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. We had a rental car but otherwise there was the bus stop nearby and buses went very often.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 week stay at Alexis airbnb in Nicosia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Alexis was incredibly hospitable, providing detailed information about the property and the local area, and was always available to assist with any questions or needs. The location of the apartment was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it was still conveniently close to all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, our stay at Alexis apartment exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic host, a comfortable and well appointed apartment, and an excellent location made for an unforgettable experience. Cozy, not far from the beach (about 5 min with 2 small children) and from town (about 15 min walk). Disco for the children and musical evenings we could visit in the adjacent hotel. Comfortable for families with the kids Lots of walking tones. Everything was great!

Demetris was very friendly and helpful, he sent us interesting information about things to do/ places to eat right in the beginning. The place was clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Two highlights are in our opinion the balcony, which overlooks a quiet field right behind the house, and the location in general. Everything you need you’ll find in close proximity to the apartment, ranging from supermarkets to various restaurants and the beach, which is maybe a ten minute walk from the apartment. We would love to come here again.

We had a great family holiday staying at this airbnb. The hosts were very friendly and always replied to us quickly. Although we arrived late at night the check in was simple with lots of clear instructions and pictures / videos. The apartment was spacious and as described. The only downside was that we were a group of 8 people including 2 young children so was tricky sharing the space and having 3 people sleep on sofa beds in the living room. The pool was lovely, clean and big. There was also a shop really nearby with lots of groceries / essentials.

We had a lovely stay at Joanna's place! Communication was smooth, we were greeted personally on arrival by Joanna's father who showed us around the flat and the apartment was just what we expected based on the listing. The location was lovely by a quiet road but close to the beach, supermarket and the bus stop to Larnaca/Ayia Napa. Heating and an extra layer of clothes made the apartment comfortably warm also in the winter. We can only recommend Joanna's place!

Apartment is great and location is perfect. Finikoudes beach is popular and active, but bedrooms are in the back of the apartment away from the street, so street noise not an issue at all. Stephanie was very responsive and checked-up on us to ensure all was ok during our stay. Apartment was very clean. Highly recommend!
