Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafe, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Our stay at Kathy's snd Greg's tinyhome was great. It's a lovely place, very modern and had everything we needed. The hosts are very friendly and have a beautiful garden where the tiny home is located at. The place is next to the highway which makes it easy to travel around.

we stayed at mahana farm cottage for two nights and absolutely fell in love. Dave was fantastic with everything, the accommodation was cozy, comfortable and the views and animals were lovely. The little touches throughout just made it so easy and was much appreciated. A short drive to mapua, which has beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. We adored everything about this place and would recommend to anyone wanting a private, peaceful stay.

Cozy and warm and lovely sheltered Porch to sit out on - we were sheltered from the Rain and enjoyed thr quiet and the sound of the birds in the evening Kitchen was great and the Bathroom was Immaculate and a beautiful shower. Caroline and Richard were outstanding hosts. They made us feel right at home. They went the extra mile for us, for instance retrieving and cleaning a gas grill from the barn. Caroline took us out to meet the horses, and the dogs were so friendly. The views of flowers, fields and mountains from the porch were restorative to our souls. The house was tastefully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. They recommended the Moutere Hills winery for lunch which was heavenly; the wine was excellent and the menu refined.
