Neudorf Gingerbread House

Peter’s hospitality and kindness are both heartwarming and we felt welcome from the start. He has a very special home and garden/orchard and his passion for plants and the natural environment really shows. He shared several of his plums and apples with us, as well as homemade bread and fruit leather. The location is serene, yet close to several vineyards and a general store. What a special stay!

Omarama Oasis - Permaculture Glamping

We had a wonderful stay at Shanti's place. The tent is super cozy and has everything you need to get a feeling of luxery while being outside in nature. The river that flows through her garden makes you calm down and the sun deck is perfect to just relax on. We slept like roses in the big comfortable bed and she even had bathrobes hanging which were nice and cozy after using the outdoor shower. Lots of things to do and see around the area to or to just have a coffee or drink. Definitely recommend this place! :)

The Bungalow Cow Room

Rae and Paul were lovely hosts, from the moment we arrived they made us feel at home. Nelson is a beautiful place to visit and their home is a great location - walkable distance to shops, restaurants and stunning scenery all around. They went out of their way to give us recommendations. It was three days of gorgeous hikes and comfortable sleep. Tiberius their cat was so friendly and reminded me of my pets back home. The facilities were clean and had everything we needed. Rae and Paul gave us a lift into the city centre and to the bus stop when we left. We would definitely stay again!
