No cleaning fees. Our place is very close to Abel Tasman National Park. Incredible views, Best beaches in NZ. Mountain bike tracks and road trails. Cafes and wineries, Huge Super king bed , Queen bed and two single beds for children or other guests. All with lovely linen all made up. Incredible views , free wifi , huge pool ,hottubs and sauna. Huge Oled smart 65 inch TV. Very modern kitchen with all the best appliances. Big front loading washing machine and drier. BBQ. Free fast fibre wifi.

We loved to spend 4 mights in the Kai-pod which oozed of creative and homey atmosphere!!! All we needed was there, the bed, bathroom and kitchen all worked perfectly and the view from our he apartment’s big opening doors and the terrace could not be had any better, wow’ through this lovely place kaiteriteri lived up to its spectacular ree re mutation. The location of Karaka Cottage was wonderful! The sunrises were glorious, and had us outside trying to get that 'great" photo. The coming and going of the tide in the Inlet, and the wildlife that went with it, were mesmerising. The Cottage was private and very well equipped, and the "light touch" decor was perfect for the location and history of the property.

Angie is an amazing host. Other than we asked so many questions and favors, all she has been doing was being nice, calm and supportive. The tiny house isn't so tiny.. we were very surprised to see how big the house is versus tiny houses. You have a beautiful lake just in front of you, the house has all amenities you need for cooking or relaxing. There is no wifi - we kinda liked it, place to talk with your partner and have a great night with her. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Would come again! We wish you the best, thank you!

We had a lovely Easter stay at Debbie’s property. Her home perfectly suited our young family’s holiday needs while visiting family in Tasman. The Easter bunny even found us in Ruby Bay and left eggs in the garden for the children to discover. Debbie had thoughtfully equipped the home with family touches that made our time at Staffles a home away from home. She was very responsive to our communication. We will definitely be back to stay when next in NZ. Thank you Debbie!

Lovely clean, tidy house with spacious living area and comfortable bedrooms (beds rather soft but comfy). Kitchen good size with two ovens which was useful. Nice view, although hedges in front cut out quite a bit of it. Nice quiet location, bit of a drive to get up the hill & along the road to it with loads of speed humps which makes it take quite a while, but once there is a lovely spot and nice to walk around the area with the spectacular views. Huw was very helpful and friendly with great communication - highly recommend!

For a recent project where we were installing our products, our installation team had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb for the past 4 days. They said it was a fantastic experience. The host, Marina was incredibly helpful and kind, going out of her way to ensure the team felt welcome. She had everything prepared for their arrival, including a great selection of coffee, tea, Milo & jams etc! The house was fully stocked with all the essentials. The house is very nice, well arranged, clean, comfortable, great location and had beautiful views. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped home away from home. Thank you for making their stay enjoyable!
