Vacation rentals with a home theater in Tashkent Region

The house is clean and excellent, but I want to add a note. There is no small table when drinking tea or coffee.

Great host, nice apartment. There was a problem with the shower, but host fixed it a matter of a few hours. Good stay overall.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The check-in process was seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions provided well in advance. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome.

Staying in Shavkat’s apartment was very comfortable. The apartment is spacious, with a large common area, two rooms, and a bathroom. The common area has a big sofa and a TV with access to YouTube, a browser, and online cinemas. There’s a convenience store right in the building, and another one across the street. It’s a pleasant place to spend time.

I have stayed at many Airbnb places by now, and my experiences have been mostly quite positive. That said, my stay at Khasan's stands out as the most memorable! I stayed in a home of an extended family, and the house is of traditional Uzbek style (I think). I was invited to a very gorgeous dining room, where I was served an excellent Uzbek foods cooked by Khasan's mom. These meals were really the highlight of my visit to Uzbekistan (or of many trips I have made in years.) Khasan and his family was very responsive and supportive, although only Khasan and his nephew spoke English. The bathrooms (shower and toilet) were in a separate building -- Khasan was a bit worried about that, but this reminded me of my Grandma's place (traditional farmhouses are perhaps similar across different cultures). Gulistan is not famous as a place for sightseeing and perhaps few tourists stop here, but if you want to see real Uzbekistan and its people, stay here!

Great place away from Tashkent hustle and bustle. One our ride away from city centre but totally worth it. Beautiful mountains from windows and terrace. Excellent host - arranged a cook and a baby-sitter on request. Villa is amazing
