A couple of times in three weeks in the morning, the water was completely turned off, for a short time from half an hour to a couple of hours. If you are a citizen of the Russian Federation and have been in the country for more than a month there may be problems with registration, please clarify this issue carefully.

This was one of the best places I stayed at the airbnb. The place is so peaceful and quiet, there is a lot of sunshine, the bed is super comfy - as a result I had the best sleep in years! The hosts are super helpful, I had a very bulky bag and Vladimir helped me to move it up and down the stairs. He was also super punctual, proactive and kind. I would like to comment on the previous review which mentions a scary building. It is not scary at all, it is a classic post-soviet building which is very clean and well-lit, you feel absolutely safe there. The location is very good, close to the magic city and city center, as well as a food shop. Overall 100 out of 100! there are two small inconveniences that you need to consider: no lift, you need to walk to the 4th floor and no sink in the bathroom. But for me that was not a problem at all! overall HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
