Great location, especially if you're visiting the Estonian University of Life Sciences. The apartment is perfectly situated between the city center and the university. The A. Le Coq Museum is just around the corner, and the area is lovely with charming old buildings.

I enjoyed staying at Eva's apartment a lot. She is good with communication—always replies fast and gives clear instructions. Her apartment is super cozy and beautiful. The rooms were clean and tidy. I have been to Eva's apartment several times and I am definitely considering staying there on my next visit to Tartu.

Unique condo in old town

Lovely apartment in a beautifully renovated historic building on the ground floor. It was clean, well-equipped, and even had board games for the family. The host left a sweet surprise for the kids, which they really enjoyed! We stayed with two small children who slept comfortably on the foldable sofa — it worked perfectly as a bed. The apartment was quiet; we didn’t hear any neighbors at all. Though city parking is paid, it’s free on evenings and holidays, so we didn’t have to pay. During the day, we were out visiting AHHAA. Shops are within 10 minutes on foot, and the calm area made the stay extra relaxing. Bed linens were cozy, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. A great place for families!

Отличное место проживания и очень гостеприимный хозяин! В апартаментах можно найти все необходимые вещи для комфортного проживания. Удивительно, насколько мелочи предоставленные хозяйкой апартаментов оставляют приятные эмоции и заставляют хотеть вернуться в данное жилье! Единственный минус квартиры это не очень хорошая шумоизоляция. Окна выходят на дорогу, из-за чего ночью может быть шумно. Огромное спасибо хозяйке за гостеприимство и прекрасное жилье!

Mari je skvělá hostitelka. Byt byl čistý a útulný. Plně vyhovoval našim požadavkům. Komfortní spaní, kuchyňka vybavená základními potravinami. Čaj, káva, sůl, cukr, olej. Klidné místo. Nic nás nerušilo. Měli jsme možnosti krásných procházek. Mari doporučujeme všem, kdo chce navštívit krásné město Tartu. Děkujeme.

Der Aufenthalt bei Kirke war sehr schön. Kirke war sehr hilfreich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist groß. Auch gut geeignet für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt!

Ночевал одну ночь. Жильё очень приличное. Свежий ремонт, всё чисто и красиво. Район очень тихий. В том районе одна особенность. Название улицы на некоторых домах не как обычно на углу дома, а где-то в середине дома над первым этажом. Можно вообще не заметить, если не знаешь. А в остальном всё хорошо. Рядом много супермаркетов, можно выбрать какой нравиться.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location couldn't be better – just a 5-minute walk from the charming old town, with a big grocery store conveniently located right across the road. Finding the place was a breeze, and the self check-in and checkout process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated being able to leave the keys in the locker box near the door when we left – such a convenient feature! Väga ilusas majas ja parajas suuruses kõikide mugavustega korter. Mööbli ja sisustuse pealt pole kokku hoitud, midagi pole katki ega lohakalt paigaldatud. Korter asub suure tee ääres, kuid müra on korteris minimaalne. Omanikud väga vastutulelikud ja mõistvad. Kiidan!

A wonderful place at an excellent price point. The apartment was well-equipped but without the clutter: a comfortable bed, a small but handy kitchen, nice warm shower and good wifi, even some board games to pass the time! Nele was super responsive, easy to communicate with and very forthcoming, she has welcomed our dogs who had just as enjoyable a stay as we did over the weekend.

Stylish and cosy loft in the very heart of the old town. Despite of the proximity to the center of Tartu nightlife, still very quiet and private. There’s no proper bed per se but the mattress was very soft so we didn’t have problems with it. Keep in mind that the stairs to the sleeping floor doesn’t have child protection. Loved it, would stay again.

A well-lit room includes two spacious beds arranged thoughtfully, each adorned with simple bedding and decorative pillows. Soft wall sconces provide ambient lighting. A chair and a small kitchenette can be seen in the corner, with large windows dressed in light curtains allowing for natural light.

The place is actually even better than it looks in the pictures. Annika was always responsive and kind, and she thoughtfully provided basic ingredients that really helped us to prepare food for our baby. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mihkel’s place. The photo’s don’t do it justice, it feels bigger than it looks on pictures, more like a house, only sharing the garden with neighbours. Kids can enjoy the little playground and table tennis or go play football or other sports in two very well-equipped sports fields just around the corner. Tartu has a lot to offer and Mihkel’s place is really well situated: you can walk to the centre, to the university, Aura indoor waterpark & sauna center, to Ahhaa science center and other places
