A small forest lock near the apartment, where you can also enjoy some birdsong and walk. A great apartment with balcony. Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.
