Staying in this house was a wonderful experience. It is simply sensational — surrounded by nature, reclusive in the woods, which guarantees peace, privacy and a unique contact with the surrounding green. The location is privileged: next to a super charming and cozy restaurant, Peixe no Mato, ideal for quiet meals without having to leave. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio, which can be enjoyed directly from the house. It's from those places where we find ourselves sighing just by looking out. The house itself is perfect: clean, well cared for, with a very tasteful decor and everything working perfectly. In addition to staying only a few 5/10 minutes of the best beaches. The stay exceeded all expectations. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely be back as soon as I can.

The house is cozy, beautiful, according to the photos, the condominium is well cared for, clean swimming pool, well organized and clean spaces and environments. the house has everything, including bedding and towels, (it has no dish cloth but just take it), soap in the bathroom and the kitchen. unfortunately, the lagoon water is dry, compromises the look of the place, it is like mangrove, but I don't know if it is by the time of the year. Heron was always requested and quick in the answers, score 10. The streets surrounding the condominium that is a little forgotten by the city hall, streets with holes, poorly cared for and dirty walks but as our goal was not to stay in the region, it made no difference for us. It's worth staying in the place.

Gustavo's place is very good, comfortable and clean. The nearby beaches surprised me, I didn't know it, I liked it very much! Communication with Gustavo was great. We'll be back for sure!

First, Hosts Priscilla and Sérgio are more than perfect and make all the difference in the hosting experience: kind, welcoming, proactive, and always available to help both in everyday needs and in emergencies, as happened with us. We were greeted with Priscila's delicious cake, croissants, cold cuts, chocolates for children, stocked freezer, delicately decorated rooms, smelling house… all thought out in the smallest details to please and welcome us with great affection. As for the house, she is exactly like in the pictures. All the very spacious, clean, well-lit and decorated rooms. Wonderful mattresses and bedding. Well-equipped kitchen. And delicious outdoor area. The neighborhood, calm and safe, although a little away from the center, did not disturb us at all in our stay. That is, a perfect place to spend quiet and unforgettable moments with the family. We'll be back as soon as we can absolutely!

We had a very pleasant stay at the rented property. The space has fully met our expectations and is in full compliance with the description available on the platform. Check-in and check-out were carried out without any difficulty, making our experience even smoother. The host was extremely cordial and attentive, keeping frequent contact and clarifying all our questions promptly. In addition, the location is excellent, with a good infrastructure around, including a nearby Extra Market, hortifruti, fuel station and even a McDonald's, among other establishments that made our stay easier. We were a group of 10 people and we were all very pleased. We haven't had any complaints. Of course, there are always opportunities for improvement, but overall the experience was very positive and we recommend hosting.

The house is beautiful, even nicer than in the photos. The view from the patio, especially at sunset, is beautiful. The house was impeccable, the furniture and utensils are high quality. Very comfortable beds, with cotton sheets and towels. Lele, the housekeeper, is very friendly and respectful. She spends a few hours preparing breakfast and tidying up the common areas. There were 9 of us, and the house was very comfortable for everyone, especially since each room has its own bathroom. The only small room is the one in the basement next to the garage and laundry room, but it was useful for us because of the number of people we were. The area is very quiet, within a private neighborhood. I recommend having a car as you have to make some steep climbs. Brunno was in touch at all times and was super friendly. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is super spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. The location is also excellent, just 8 minutes from the beach of Geribá. The outdoor area is also great, with pool and barbecue grill. The host was extremely kind and attentive, always available. Although there was a resident upstairs, this didn't get in the way – quite the opposite, she was very friendly and helpful when we needed it. We will definitely come back and recommend the house.

Excellent house between Manguinhos and Geriba . Easy access to both beaches on foot. Tasteful and well-organized house. The host was responsive and available. Sunset at Porto da Barra is the highlight of the stay. Pool and barbecue grill close the package of attractions.

The house is very good, it is conveniently located but you have to walk 20 minutes or take transportation to go downtown. The nearby beach is not recommended in high season. But the house is spacious and suitable for quite a few people. The service was very good.

The condominium is excellent, clean, wooded, organized; with a swimming pool with a lifeguard and a sports court; quiet. The location is great for getting around Buzios without much traffic. Close to several beaches and the port of Barra. Air-conditioning works great. Electric showers that work well too. Very nice house. One point to improve is the comfort of one of the sofas in the living room. The owner is very quick in communications and kind. We spent amazing days there and hope to return.
