The place is super cozy, exactly as shown in the photos, and has easy access to Manguinhos Beach and Porto da Barra. The only thing we missed was the microwave, but we already knew that before we booked. The neighborhood is very quiet and fully met our expectations.

Those who have already been know, but those who still want to go, go! The space is in the heart of the bohemian and gastronomic area of Cabo Frio (about 40 m), more precisely, in the Passagem neighborhood, but also very close to the canal, with another huge variety of bars and restaurants, and the beach of the fort is right there, that is, a more than perfect location (apart from the fact that Japônes Island is 1 minute by boat, and the taxi boat is about 100 m from the house). As for the infrastructure, it is super nice, cozy, useful, fragrant, clean, new, in perfect condition. A place not only to sleep, but even to spend the day, cook, watch a movie. It's no regrets, literally, five stars.

Our stay was excellent. The hosts are super polite and helpful, the house was exactly what we were looking for, the inside of the house is simple, but cozy, the mattresses are good, the outside area is delightful. The stay was great. The house is beautiful, well decorated and directly faces the beach, which is wonderful. Everything was very clean and with very good linens as well as towels and dishes. Clara, always very kind, answering all our questions and attending to everything promptly and with great kindness. A very spacious house, with common areas above the average in Búzios, which allowed all guests spaces for good socializing. The swimming pool is a show apart. Huge, good depth, it remained warm all night, only with the day's temperature. A generous barbecue area, with great smoke extraction through the chimney, without leaving a smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. Tasteful landscaping and grassy area. It was a sister stay. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well located. Flavio was always attentive to our requirements, allowed us to enter before the scheduled time and also allowed us to leave a while after check-out time. Excellent and very attentive concierge staff. The stay at Cláudio's place was wonderful!! They were very pleasant days! The house is great, privileged location! Cláudio was an excellent host, always on hand to assist and solve whatever it took! And we also had the help of Mr. Narcisio and Mrs Nilma who were very kind and helpful too! We hired Evelyn's service as indicated by Cláudio and it was also great! For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.
