Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The house consists of an internal balcony, large living room, full kitchen, service area and two en-suites are available for groups of up to 5 people. In case of a larger number of people (6 to 8 people), one more en-suite is also available, for a payment of 400 reais per day. All rooms have TV and air-conditioning.

He lives on the same property but in a separate house independent of the guests.
