Vacation rentals with beach access in Tarrazu

This is a perfect location to visit the park as well as the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and receptive to some special requests. This is a great place to stay and also the bed, sheets, and pillows were fantastic. So cozy!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! It was even more spacious than we anticipated and incredibly quiet, making for a very relaxing experience. The AC was fantastic and kept the apartment nice and cool throughout our stay. A great bonus was having access to the La Mariposa hotel amenities, including the shuttle to Espadilla Beach, free parking at the hotel, and the beautiful pool, which offered stunning sunset views. There were also great restaurants and supermarket just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Parfait pour un court séjour et visiter Manuel Antonio. Excellente localisation, lit confortable, belle piscine, accueil chaleureux (Chris est formidable). De plus, nous avons eu la visite d’un singe directement sur notre balcon! Je recommande a tous!

This place was perfect place to stay to explore Manuel Antonio National Park! The accommodations were just as depicted and the view from the deck was breathtaking. It was a great place to relax at the end of a day or first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. We especially enjoyed the monkeys who came to visit and came right onto the deck. One of our favorite memories from our trip. This location is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, so it was nice to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. If exploring the Manuel Antonio region, this the perfect place to stay!

Todo impecable. Sabíamos que la ubicación iba a estar bien pero no tanto. No existe una ubicación mejor que esta para visitar el parque o ir hacia la playa. Queda a menos de 50 metros de cada cosa. Nos quedó super comodo para dos personas. Pudimos cocinar y pasar la tarde en el balcón con vista a la selva. El aire acondicionado junto con los ventiladores nos hicieron pasar noches agradables en medio de tanto calor que hay en la zona. Super recomendado.

Le logement nous a beaucoup plus ! Très bien situé, près du parc Manuel Antonio mais dans une petite rue calme. On s’y sent en sécurité et pour la voiture le stationnement est très pratique !

La villa está completamente equipada con lo necesario, en nuestra ocasión hasta sal y pimienta había, aparte de aceite lo cual es extremadamente conveniente. El televisor contaba con diferentes plataformas de streaming y la piscina nos pareció ideal! El check in fue súper rápido y nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina después del check out, sin duda volvería☀️

Our stay at Mariana’s place was incredible. We were a group of 8 (2 families) and it was very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spent most of the time in it when we were at the house. We saw a sloth upon arrival very close to the back of the house. Lots of monkeys and Macaws as well. Mariana went well above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. The only caution is the slippery tile nearby the pool (we made sure our kids walked in the pool area). I would 100% stay at Mariana’s again.

My wife and our 12 and 14 year old daughters just had THE most amazing experience at Cielo del Mar. It’s hard to put the property into words that do it justice, and the Innova Team is truly unmatched in their approach to property management and customer service. The beds and linens were amazing, the bathrooms were large and great fixtures, the great room felt like it was connected to the outdoors with the expansive windows, and the deck and pool was AMAZING. The design was so well thought out that it belongs in an architectural magazine. You can’t beat the privacy and then there is the wildlife in your backyard. Capuchin monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and coatis. The location is perfect right in between Manuel Antonio, so you can get the touristy options, and the less touristy, more local appeal of Dominical. Last is the service Innova provides. They know what they’re doing and have considered everything. I’ve never had more helpful group - responses within seconds.

Amazing! We’ve done this trip in various locations across costa rica and Brian’s place was by far the best, especially for larger groups. The dreamy outdoor kitchen had all the best appliances and tools you could ever need. The pool and lounge area felt like what you would experience at a high end resort. The music hookup and lighting at night was perfect for relaxing and breathtaking sunsets and nighttime conversations. Some of us could even get in a morning workout given the great gym area available and would end it with a cold plunge. I literally can’t think of anything else we could ever need! Beyond being an absolute paradise, Brian went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare these days that the host is as invested in their guests’ experience as Brian, and it’s clear that he really wants his guests to feel at home and welcome. He always promptly answered any questions and was eager to help and give recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed away from home, and I travel a lot. The backyard of this house is the national park. This place was everything and more. We saw monkeys every day, multiple times a day. The monkeys passed right through the back yard and sat there to play and hang out in perfect view for 2-3 hours. Chipuken monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler momeys, scarlet macaws, tucans, etc. We saw it ALL! The dip pool is awesome and you even have an ocean view! Definitely worth the booking. Sam and Raquel were absolutely amazing host and will take care of all your needs while you are there and will tell you all about the things to do and see. Highly recommend!!

The We have stayed at different properties throughout the years in Quepos/Manuel Antonio and this home is hands down the best! From the moment we arrived, Lorena greeted us with a bright smile and a “how can be I of service “ disposition. She’s a gem. The area is a bit serpentine and don’t make the mistake we made. Carefully follow the host’s directions to the letter, lest you should find yourself in a precarious situation if you pass the home with no turn around room and a ravine on one side. The house and garden are very well maintained with an eclectic assortment of decorations and colorful paintings. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with modern appliances. The master bedroom and bathroom are larger than most homes in the country! Overall our stay is a 5 star + recommendation!!

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

The location is one of 3-4 villas run by the same host. A concierge service is included, and the concierge person met us when we arrived and walked us to the villa. We didn't bring our own car, and he was easily reachable on a messaging app to get us transportation when we wanted it for dinner, beach, etc. They also took a groceries order from us and had the stuff present when we arrived. The view was amazing. We saw a toucan, and multiple Macaws very close. The only draw back is that it is not easily walkable, so car transport of some type is needed to do anything outside of the home. That said, it was great and we would definitely look to stay here again if we return to Manuel Antonio.

I requested for a 3 BR 2 BA - this was for my sons and me. This is what’s left of our family. We were provided with two units of 2 BR and 1 BA each. This meant that we had to split up. Further, the listing describes the location as having “Beach Access/Beachfront”. The closest beach is 4 km away and is accessible only if you get into a car and drive. Property description was extremely deceptive. Also check in process was miserable. He sent his wife who can’t speak a word of English. This will be the first time in my entire time I’ve used Airbnb - that I’ve struggled to communicate with someone who had no clue as to how to communicate in English. It was a very frustrating experience.

My family loved our stay at the Toucan Condo at Chaman Villas. The condo was great with the two bedrooms and two baths. It allowed my kids to sleep in different beds. The kitchen is great and my kids enjoyed the balcony and looking for monkeys and sloths. We loved being able to swim in the pool (what looks like a hot tub is just a small pool with jets where the water spills into the pool below). A couple of things I would note: 1. The location is near the road and there are motorcycles that go by at all hours. 2. The condo itself requires going down about 15 steps and then back up 15 steps from the main walkway. 3. The unit is very secure with three different locks, from the property gate to the unit lock to the slider door lock. 4. If you want to see monkeys or sloths, the best time seemed to be early am (6am) or late morning (10am). Best viewing is by the pool but can also see from the balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Toucan condo and would go back!

The place was clean and had an awesome view! The air conditioners worked well and the bedding and towels were plentiful! There were plenty of restaurants close and a grocery store right next door. The bonus was the amount of wildlife you could hear and see from the front windows! Heard howler monkeys early one morning!

The Shana is a great resort and Kent’s place was wonderful. Everything was so clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. We loved to sit and relax in the rocking chairs and watch the mischievous capuchin monkeys get into everything at the resort. So much space in this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Will definitely come back.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem. Fomos recebidos pessoalmente pelos anfitriões que nos passaram os detalhes da casa. Alguns detalhes foram resolvidos rapidamente e sempre nos responderam com gentileza e prontidão. Na segunda noite trancamos a porta com a chave dentro e Don José foi lá abrir a porta prontamente (ele mora há 25km de distância). O local fica a 1 minuto a pé da entrada do parque Manoel Antônio e a essa mesma distância da praia Espadilla. Tem restaurante, mercadinho, agências de passeio, bares, tudo ao alcance a pé. O ônibus para bem próximo de lá também. A casa é muito confortável, silênciosa , bem equipada e há muitos animais ao redor (veados, iguanas, macacos). Tem uma sacada bem legal pra tomar café e ouvir as ondas do mar bem cedinho. Recomendamos o lugar, sobretudo pela atenção dos anfitriões.

The view is spectacular! The location is perfect. It is loud due to the next door bar, but that is in the description and we were prepared. Also they shut down at a reasonable hour so it didn’t affect our peace. Would definitely stay here again.
