Monthly Rentals in Tarrant

My 90-year-old father and I stayed at Andy’s place for a night on our way to visit family. We were so impressed with this space! First off, the space is huge and could easily accommodate 6 or 8 people, possibly more. I can’t remember how many they recommend it for. (I booked last minute and needed 2 bedrooms, which is how we ended up with this large space for just my dad and me.) Secondly, it is immaculately clean. Beyond that, the furniture and beds are very comfortable, the kitchen and dining room are large, communication with our hosts was very timely and helpful, the area feels safe and is quiet, and it’s close to a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. I have nothing negative to say and would definitely stay here again if I find myself near Birmingham. I highly recommend it!

Came from Atlanta for a internship in Leeds, his house was the perfect location. Grocery stores nearby, nice trails, 15 mins from downtown. He was very responsive and was attentive to our issues. He thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we’re ever back in bham he will definitely be the place. Thank you again Tim

A hidden gem in the desirable Highlands Park area! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Quiet and friendly community. I’ll be staying here again.

When I booked this house it was a brand new listing with only a few reviews. I typically only stay at a superhost residence, but because all of the reviews were 5 star, I decided to book and I’m glad I did. I see that Jimmie is now a superhost in the short time he’s listed his property. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the property. The king bed is comfy (I can’t vouch for the other beds since there was only the two of us) and the water pressure in the house for taking showers, etc. is good. These are details that others might appreciate. The backyard views are excellent and the back patio and gazebo are great. You can tell Jimmie has put a lot into this house to make it a very nice home away from home.
