"Les Cocons de Margaux" offers you a pleasant 2-room apartment completely renovated and refurnished in 2023. Ideally located in the center of the spa town of Evaux-les-Bains and close to all shops on foot (bakery, butcher, tobacco, news,...) On the ground floor of a townhouse with living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and dining area as well as an adjoining bedroom with bathroom and toilet. 30 m2 covered inner courtyard, with outdoor lounge, giving access to the garden.

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Our location offers a beautiful setting for walkers and cyclists. There are authentic villages and brocante markets in the area to explore. You can design a mandala workshop or book a relaxation massage on site. Come and experience the serene beauty of our Gite.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and fantastic views over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed sunset views and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead end road. Lovely place to recover from everyday hustle and bustle for a week, cocooning for the weekend or a comfortable stay while looking for a home in France.
