A lovely little south-facing villa, a 6-minute walk from the city center, with an enclosed garden with trees, a 6 m x 4 m wooden swimming pool, an equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and gas hob, a large bedroom with a 160 cm king-size bed (new memory foam bedding) and TV, a second bedroom with a double bed (on a memory foam mattress), and a living room with a sofa bed and a large-screen TV. Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
