Excellent cabin in private fractionation, very good location and very good communication with Anett was always attentive to our stay

I loved the cabin, it's really worth it if you're looking for a quiet place close to nature. The garden is super well cared for, my daughter had an amazing time, it is a safe space for children, the dam is very close to the house and walking you can get there. Michael is an excellent host, the house meets the description and everything is in excellent condition.

We really liked the accommodation, the facilities, location and service 10/10 We would definitely stay there again!!

The place is as described. It took us a while to get there, but they were always attentive to us. The view is amazing, the place is perfect to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends. Super helpful and friendly joy, very happy with our stay.

Gabriel always showed a flexible and friendly attitude... it was easy to arrive like the handover of the house.. we had an excellent weekend and a lot influenced the location and comforts of the house...

The whole family went and we loved it. The cabin is large, everything is tidy, clean, and has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay, outside the house there is a path that has restaurants, bars and the market, it is very close to the main garden, so the location is perfect. The cabin is beautiful, we will definitely stay here again. Regarding Julie, she was always available on her cell phone and resolved and supported us with everything. As for cleanliness, it was impeccable! Highly recommended

We loved the house, we were happy. We liked that the house is nicely decorated with lots of nature and large spaces! They brought us a grill and charcoal, they were very kind. We'll be back soon

Alejandra was a supportive help during emergency crisis.I felt a deep gratitude as she was more like a friend and was so quick to help us. It was the kind of quick response that makes Mexico a special place with kind people like her.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

The place was clean, tidy, as shown in the photos. Very close to the main square, our car was safe inside the property.

Place looked just like the photos. I felt absolutely at home at welcomed. Easy walk to the plaza and all the best restaurants, to Mel's social, to the Chapala Society. Easy check-in and Ana Laura's suggestion for driver back to airport was spot on. For our first visit to Ajijic, this place was perfectly located and great for the price. 5 stars, 10 out of 10

An excellent place to spend a family weekend, very quiet , relaxed , easily accessible & very comfortable.

I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Ajijic - close to the plaza and the excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very kind and friendly. I loved the cat that lived on the property too!

2nd time staying at Liliana’s listing. It was just as amazing as the first time. Lots of neighboring businesses and a quick walk to the main plaza. Felt right at home❤️

I went with friends and we had a great time, everything was very comfortable with functional and clean furniture. There is good security in the condominium, as well as several rules but nothing out of this world, just to create a friendly atmosphere for everyone. The common areas are very enjoyable, despite being a bridge it remained quiet and family-friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare food at home, the fridge is small but functional. I would definitely stay with Anel again, always friendly and helpful. The only thing to be careful of is that we found 3 somewhat large spiders, but if you are careful not to walk barefoot and shake off where you are, there is no danger.

We had an excellent stay! The complex was peaceful and beautifully maintained, and we really appreciated the relaxing pool and the fantastic location—close to everything yet still quiet and calm. Highly recommend 100%, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
