Beachfront vacation rentals in Tannum Sands

we rocked up a day early and the staff at McGrath's were fabulous and very understanding and we managed an update to our booking (don't trust me with a booking in future ha ha). The home was perfect for our 6 adults and 2 littlies, and our fur babies. The pool was a real hit, and being adjacent to the outdoor living made it even better. Kitchen was very well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s place. The house is amazing with great beach access. The views from the top deck were fantastic - we saw whales offshore nearly every day! Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and our spoodle. Highly recommend!

Great unit in beautiful Agnes Water. It was spacious and convenient to pool and walks on the beach. The Pavilions team were very responsive and helpful communicators. I didn’t love that my teens had their own tvs in their bedrooms but others may like this. The hot tub in the pool area was no where near hot enough, this may be intentional as it is summer but I do love a hot hot tub to contrast a cool pool. We love Agnes and would definitely stay at the Pavilions again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Great price for the time we stayed. Great apartment, spacious and comfy. We were on the ground floor so it was easy access to the pool and beach.

We had a great time at Agnes. Leah’s place was so comfortable for our group of five. She has everything you could think you might need to feel at home. Easy to self-cater as the kitchen is very well kitted out. Pleasant 800m walk to excellent coffee van and a bit further to get to town. Or short drive. Was wonderful to be able to use the pool at the apartments as we had some very hot summer days. Short path through the scrub and dune to get to the beach. Maybe 2k walk along the beach to the patrolled area. Leah, thank you for having us in your beautiful part of the world.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, well equipped kitchen. Hosts were accommodating when we asked for an additional day to avoid the cyclone.

My husband & I loved our stay for 7 nights. The unit was modern, clean and with everything you needed for a relaxing stay in gorgeous Agnes Water. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. The unit was very quiet with a lovely lookout to Queensland palms. Modern facilities with beautiful touches to make you feel right at home. Loved our stay, we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s house. More bedrooms than we needed but they cover what is advertised. We must confess that the bed in the main bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Even other guests commented on the bed comfort. The kids loved the cubby house. We had to update some toys in the cupboard which were worn out. The kitchen was fully equipped for home cooked meals. We had a great stay and would use Michelle’s place again if our group was bigger.

Very relaxing getaway with friends

This place is heaven on earth. Will defiantly be back! Stunning location, super comfy beds, and an added bonus of the communal pool in the estate, it’s stunning!!

Jasmin was super helpful and the communication was outstanding. Great host , would highly recommend and would stay again when we visit Agnes Waters next time.

From our arrived, we felt relaxed and batteries well and truely recharged by the time we left. Great under cover parking, the unit has everything you need for your holiday. The deck was spacious and the BBQ idea, along with the sound of the ocean. The AC was more than welcome on the hot Queensland afternoons. The beach is about 5-10 minutes away, with a number of different walks to get there. Have a wonderful relaxing holiday, the 6 of us did and I feel we’ll be back. See you soon.

Great home with plenty of space for 2 or 3 families - 4 bedrooms plus a bunch of pullout sofas. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, serving platters etc. Great location - Short walk to the beach & short drive to shops (or coffee). The pool area & gardens were lovely.

Had an amazing stay with group of friends dom Poland and Canada, Loved the house very clean and spacious. Very good location close to everything. Swimming pool was clean and lots of fun. Very happy with our stay . Thank you Jolanta

This apartment is lovely! Plenty of room, sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly, efficient and gave us some helpful tips about the local area. I thoroughly recommend!
