From here you go into the cozy bedroom with double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower & toilet.

At the GENSLEITEN riding stable, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or similar. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. Please indicate the exact number of people when booking or requesting. From the 17th person, additional fees will be charged.

The bright and friendly first floor apartment is located in a three-family house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, combined kitchen/living room, living room and terrace with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. The living room is equipped with an extra bed and stereo. Each room has a TV. Bicycles can be used free of charge.

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. We went out of our way to make the apartment stylish, cozy but also modern and practical. Our rooms are on the ground floor. It is newly renovated and brightly equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a small desk. There is also space for a travel cot, which must be requested at the time of booking. The existing bathroom has also been completely modernized. For small appetites and the next morning there is a fully equipped kitchen. (fridge, coffee machine, oven, induction hob)
