Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tanjung Tokong

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

This was a convenient location for our visit to our family nearby, and for our visits to the area. Shinly communicated with us before and during our visit. The flat had a good range of facilities, and was as advertised. We would be very pleased to stay there again if on a future visit.

Very clean accommodation and it looked like the pictures. It’s in a nice location and there are some local shops nearby. There is an infinity pool and gym which are very good. The host was always very quick to respond. Some minor issues like a broken toilet seat and low shower water pressure but I’m sure these will be resolved soon. Overall would recommend to anyone visiting Penang and would definitely consider staying here on the future again!

Soon Lye’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment is very spacious – way more than what we expected. It is very nicely decorated, and you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay (the washer and filter water were a big plus for us). Great location on Chulia Street, one of the most popular streets in Georgetown. You can easily walk to all the main sights. Plenty of places to eat around. Soon Lye was a super host. He let us have an early check-in and a late check-out, which were so much appreciated, and he was always very quick to reply to any of my queries. Thank you for everything Soon Lye!

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

Everything was walkable and super accessible — shops, restaurants, and public transport were all just a short stroll away. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

The place was the host described and similar to the posted photos. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We had 21 pax with us and everyone slept comfortably. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for those planning for a large gathering.

Booked the apartment and I must say it is really splendid! Amenities that you need is all in place, and is good walking distance to many nice delicacies around! Host themselves were super engaging and really really wonderful in ensuring that our stay is well taken care of! My Family and I really enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to returning and booking with the host again! ☺️

Homestay very big and comfortable. We had some issue and the owner very responsive. On day 2 there is issue with water but then the owner very responsive and come to see our condition. Very nice place and clean

It was about 10-15mins from everywhere we needed to go, so location was great! It’s by the beach and it was pretty near some convenience stores, so overall it was great!

Casey was a wonderful host! The place is identical to the photos and a great place to base yourself to explore Georgetown. Walkable to some amazing food courts and easy grab to many night markets. Wonderful views from both the condo and swimming pool.

Pricey Airbnb-friendly condo located next to Marriott hotel. Worth a stay since the views are exceptional and the location is quite central too. A unique property where on one hand you see the coast, and on the other, you see the city and Penang hill. Walkable to the nearby park where many people jog in the morning if you jaywalk across a busy road with the hand. Walkable also to nearby Gurney mall and food centres. Carpark is wide and spacious but look out for the corner mirrors. Toilets are flawlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Bath towels are excellent quality. Free mineral water is a nice touch. Only trouble is Netflix tv needs to be manually connected to wifi sometimes. Nearby are busy roads so opening the windows lets both air and sounds in. Not as windy as north facing units but that’s the trade off for sunrise apartments facing east.
